Gwen was wonderful. She helped me understand the menu and my options. She was very social to the kids when they approached and had questions.
Overall she and the food were the best!

Always very attentive and accommodation, and the food is phenomenal! The spicy atl dry rub wings are painfully good, and the Cajun fries are to die for. Great service, wonderful food, can't recommend this place enough.

Zero stars. Lazy workers food was awful. I called back to back for hours they NEVER answer the phone! Finally answer after a hour of calling and our me on a hold for 30 minutes

today we got in at 7:15pm, we decided we wanted to eat in and the girl who was taking our order looks back at another girl nodding her head to have us eat else where, like I get it if it’s 30 mins before closing, but almost an hour is crazy, and with any restaurants in Flagstaff, closing time is closing time, you don’t just deny your customers just because you want to be selfish and leave early, might as well close at 7pm. Sad excuse for employees at this place, I recommend not coming and wasting your money here, Fratellis has better wings and way better service ??

Stopped in Flagstaff, AZ for the night. A quick search for food revealed ALT Wings. Upon arrival at 8:29 p.m., we were greeted by a your girl at the counter that spoke so soft and low I asked her to repeat herself. There was only one other person in the dining area that may or may not have been waiting on an order. The young counter attendant turned to the window directly behind her and asked the cook a question. Everyone appeared to be less than busy. She then turned around and informed me that they were behind on orders and could NOT take our order and get it ready before closing. Shocked, I turned and left. This is 30 minutes prior to closing, plenty of time to make an order of wings or sandwich. I could have gotten the order to go. I worked fast food and retail when younger and never turned down a customer if they walked in prior to closing. I wrote to hopefully inform the owner that employees were idle and turning customers away for at least 30 minutes prior to close time which is stealing from the business.

Blonde lady was super helpful in assisting with dietary related questions, but the old lady should straight up be fired. She lectured us about how sauce is an up charge in there most hostile way and wasn’t even on the clock…not sure why we were her targets to attack when we were requesting 3 ranch to be replaced with one bbq since there’s a dairy allergy. Won’t be back after that aggressive behavior about sauce…then she followed us to our car to try and pick a fight making accusations. What in the world…

Horrible service. My Uncle and I arrived shortly after opening and upon coming in we were greeted by the staff in the kitchen letting us know that they will be with us shortly as they just opened. We have no problem waiting as we were coming from out of town so we started making my way to a seat but before we could make it the Older lady who was working said We’re not open yet with an attitude. I told her I could wait no problem while they finish up and her response was, The Open sign is not on, we’re not open. If you want to wait you guys have to wait outside. She talked With an attitude that made us feel unwanted. I’m not sure If she was Entirely Aware the Open Sign was on so I let her know it was on. That’s also why we came Inside the Open unlocked doors. We ended up leaving disappointed. Bad communication between the staff members and a distasteful attitude from the older lady.

Usually has great wings but I just ordered 20 wings and 4 of them were mostly pieces of bone and maybe have one little bit of meat on them. Look at the photos for reference. They definitely need to check wings before sending them out. I know I will from now on so I don't get these silly excuses for wings. Staff are great though
