Absolutely love Mandi!! I’ve come here a few times and the chemistry between the crew is just something so hard to not love! I love the mini dogs with the honey mustard, they will make them for you super fresh upon request as well!! Best Auntie Anne’s I’ve been too. Keep up the great work y’all!!

The kids that work here are disrespectful and the “only” manager that’s available is no help.
Great pretzels! ? They’re not gourmet by any means, but 100% worth it and delicious. Also great customer service and individuals- custom made a drink when I inquired. Thanks!

Around the time it first opened, I got some pretzels and was happy to see that the employees were friendly & got the orders out, so different than the sloppy employees from the previous pretzel place.Today, I went to get a pretzel and the employees were unfriendly and standoffish. They seemed to not enjoy working and the cashier has no customer service skills, problem solving skills and needed someone to come in and think for her.The pretzels were uneven, with one side skinny and the other side was normal.Auntie Anne's needs to come back in and retrain this staff before it turns back into the previous pretzel place, which lost business and went out of business.

Employees eating the food and saying the wait time for your order is 10 more minutes, the employee that ate the food didn’t even wash his hands or change is gloves afterwards. These kids need supervision. No hair nets or covering of facial hair. Is there no standards or professionalism at all.
