Omg ? this was the best sea ? food we had in a long long time. We had the shrimp ? tacos, fish tacos, fish quasedia and the shrimp ? cocktail ?. Every single thing was so delicious with so much shrimps. Absolutely amazing ?. We will be back and recommend this to anyone passing to flagstaff. They do not have a physical location- they are a truck and you will find them in the same spot most times. If you Don’t just call/ chat and they respond within minutes.

Wow! Fantastic Mexican Seafood!My wife had this truck come up on her FB feed. We thought, “Wow. We’ll have to try it.” Thing is, he is usually at the Chevron on Fort Valley Road. That’s on the other side of town for us.Then, I went into town to run a few errands on Saturday. On the way back I swung into Silver Saddle Center to top off my tank, only to find Baja Mar right in front of me!!So, I had a quick chat with the owner and soon came back with my wife.My wife got that shrimp taco. I got one of the fish tacos and the ceviche Baja Mar with shrimp and octopus. This is not small food. My wife could barely polish off her shrimp taco. The fish taco might be the best fish taco in Flag. (…and we have some contenders.) But, the ceviche is THE best I’ve found in town! Hands down! So nice to know I have a new place in town for great seafood and really fresh octopus.Give this truck a try! It is well worth it!

Excellent Mexican seafood food truck! If you're questioning the freshness, don't! This is some of the freshest Mexican seafood dishes I have had! Of course, they have other choices, but if you love seafood, don't miss out!The grilled fish, mahi-mahi and shrimp tacos are so tasty with the perfect toppings, the Mary Tierra quesadilla, which is Carne Asada and shrimp is the perfect surf and turf, and the refreshing Baja Mar ceviche, which is shrimp and octopus, is so refreshingly flavorful!You might think it's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the freshness and the portion size! Typically you can find this food truck at the Chevron station on the corner of Highway 180 and Forest and at the new Americana Motor Hotel on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.Today, my friend had them set up at Findlay Toyota, and you can also find them at the occasional event here and there, like the Museum of Northern Arizona. Depending on how much of a lineup they have, you might need to wait a little bit, but everything is prepared as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality!Get some delicious seafood dishes and pretend you're on a playa in Mexico!

10 stars. I’m really picky about Mexican food and fried shrimp tacos since I’m from Northern Mexico and I’m used to really good fresh Mexican seafood. These Jumbo battered fried shrimp tacos are very high quality, despite being in Flagstaff. This food cart specializes in seafood but I also tried a “carne asada” taco assuming it wasn’t going to be good, but it tasted really good. It wasn’t real carne asada in the sense that it was pan fried rather than chargrilled over an open fire, seasoned with only salt. However, it was tender and the seasonings were really nice, like a seasoned salt. My only complaint is I wish they served tacos with cabbage not lettuce, as is more the norm in Mexico. But this is just my personal preference. They alsoHave non fried healthy stuff like ceviche and seafood cocktails. Also VERY friendly nice people. Go eat there and support them!Parking: Food Cart parked next to a busy gas station

WOW! This place blew me away!! The tacos cost about $5.50 or $6 each and are loaded up - totally reasonable and worth the price. This is some of the best seafood I have ever had anywhere! Both the shrimp and fish tacos were fresh and filling. The sauce was so delicious! I will absolutely be back. Thank you for the amazing food.

I only get one thing here. I am probably missing out on other great food, but I can't help it. The SHRIMP TACOS are outstanding! I am so cheap I hardly pay for food anywhere, but I keep going back to Baja Mar. Two shrimp tacos for $13.50 is very fair for these large prawn, stuffed tacos! Thank you.
