Literally the worst BR ever. They’re always out of stock and didn’t even have the “Flavor of the Month” in stock. Absolutely horribly run and pathetic. If you are expecting an actual ice cream shop, it’s not this one. The manager couldn’t manage their way out of a wet paper bag.

$10 for a small milkshake will whipped cream. That’s insane, very rude. Never going back. Save your money, not worth the 31 flavors! Also they won’t even put more than 1 flavor in so what’s the point.

An Indian lady with henna on her hands sneezed on the ice cream, and then after that she scratched her scalp with no gloves on then picked up my waffle cone, said “what would you like?” and then set my cone on the counter with nothing under it, and flaked her henna off her hand onto the counter, i’m assuming because it itched or something then picked my cone up, and had the audacity to ask me if I still want ice cream. Never coming back

Came in for some ice cream today, and left feeling like I just met the best ice cream slinger in the world. She had such strong forearms and was scooping the ice cream with impeccable speed. She was also beautiful. Her name was emma by the way. If you go to baskin robbins and emma is working be sure to had the tip right to her.

It is always so unbelievably dirty/disgusting in Baskin Robbin’s. It’s the equivalent of eating ice cream in a run down circle K. Owners, if you are reading this, please clean your lobby!! Is it so filthy.

Employee put every door dash order ahead of customers in line who have been waiting for almost and an hour. We had only two customers in front of us and 2 door dasher pickups and took 57 min to get our ice cream. Completely unacceptable with a lobby full of customers. Coldstone will forever have our business from here on out
It was clear the ice cream is not being kept at consistent temperatures. The ice cream was icy and you could tell it was refrozen after being melted/thawed.

Nice staff, prompt, courteous but the store was filthy. Area behind counter and display seemed organized and clean but tables and floors were visibly dirty and napkins were strewn about everywhere.

All the visits in the past were great! Except today, i believe every customer that walked in had to do what we did, redirect the employee to get the flavor we requested and not what she decided. She then started to act like we were annoying 😂😂 they all were NOT wearing gloves, they were taking pymts and touching our waffle cones-so I paid for an extra large waffle cone but could not get myself to eat it. 🤐 next time I’m checking who is working before I spend my money. If I decide to come back

I went for my birthday scoop with an email that said could just show the email~only to discover have to download the app to redeem the coupon and only had 10 days to redeem after it was sent and without the QR code all I got was a free taste of some new flavors (not impressed) I guess not getting my scoop is okay, what few flavors they had in were melty and unappetizing
