I am so disappointed on you guys! When I went to get my ordered cake this morning I loved the shape and I was ready to congratulate and give you 5 stars. But when we cut it off the “ice cream cake” had no ice cream!!! It’s like someone meant to put some ice cream but scooped it out before decorating it. If it had one scoop of ice cream inside I’m exaggerating. It literally had hollow cake with a thin layer of ice cream just painted to the bone. Was that a prank??? I hope so because thanks to you I was made fun of by my guests for getting such a joke of a cake. That’s not nice guys, really really disappointed. $40 wasted 😭😭😭 and you left me without a cake to offer to my guests.

I ordered a family traditional birthday cake for my son’s birthday and this specific cake has been a tradition for over 30 years in our family. The MANAGER was extremely rude to me and did not understand anything I was saying. She hung up on me as I was trying to place an order and when I called back and politely confronted her about hanging up on me and she said she “got too busy.” My cake which was simple was made completely wrong and I was still forced to pay for a $50 cake. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect for a paying customer is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say the I will sadly be forced to stop a family traditional because I was so disrespected by this establishment.

Pick up order kindly asked the status on my order. Was rudely responded to telling me to wait for the order. Apparently the employees name was Sally. Perhaps if Baskin Robbin’s atmosphere is too hectic please find another place of employment. A friendly suggestion take out your AirPod while helping customers.

First time i went in they messed up my order and gave me a free milkshake card. Seems fair to me. A week later i come in to redeem it and the cashier says they dont do those anymore and stopped about a week ago. She gets her manager and she points to the copywrite logo of baskin robbins per 2016 and then changes her answer from a week ago to 2016. Clear she didnt know what she was talking about. Her employee and if she actually was the manager were awful and she also refused to give any information out on who i could call thats above her. Too bad its the only option out here

4 non-dairy labeled options: mint chocolate chunk, cookies and cream, lemon sorbet and lime sorbet. Non-dairy ice creams were so creamy and delicious! Grateful for the options
great place to stop when the need for a sweet treat hits. the seating area was very clean despite being crowded. workers were friendly and happy to provide free samples. portion sizes were very generous and the ice cream was yummy!

to the queen working the closing shift on saturday, june 29th- you are amazing.. we always doordash and there’s never been an option for chocolate syrup on there, which is what i always want. chocolate ice cream with a buttload of chocolate syrup. and no, i don’t want hot fudge. so i usually settle and just get plain chocolate with no topping. but tonight i figured we’d try to do something about it. so i ordered chocolate ice cream with hot fudge, and then called the store and asked if they could do chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge on the doordash order they just received. the girly who answered the phone was SO sweet, never questioned a thing, and immediately agreed. i would’ve been confused if i got that request, but she was 100% happy to help. we emphasized how much chocolate syrup we wanted, and she added a ton on the ice cream PLUS sent a cup with syrup on the side. whoever you are, i wish i could tip you personally for the amazing customer service.. you are a queen, thank you for making my night

They have the best Cherry ice-cream here ?I do like to stop in here occasionally just to get that.I will say i am disappointment that there is no indoor seating. They have lost business a couple times with friends and I just because we wanted to go chill somewhere indoors and they don’t provide that.
