Service was awful. Went midafternoon, the only people in the store. Waited 3 min before someone came out from the back. Surly counter girl asked what we wanted without a smile or anything. I ordered quote, "in A cup, I want one scoop of x and one of y." She got two cups and put each scoop in a separate cup. When I told her I said "a cup" not two separate ones she told me I ordered wrong and should have asked for a "double". I've been coming here for years . Never had to order two scoops in one cup that way, and she was grumpy when she "corrected" me. Well, she set fire to her tip and apparently hates her job, and I hated how I felt when I left. Won't be back.

It's an hour after opening with a light up sign that says open, lights inside are all on, sign says open at 10:30am door says 11:00am as well as google, but the doors are locked and its 12 literally noon and no one is inside. Don't see a point in offering 31% off on scoops on the 31st if you aren't even gonna be open.

It had been years since I had an ice cream cone from BK, and it took me back to when my Mom would take us. But we only had a $50, and they only take $20 and under. The atmosphere around us was like we didn't have the cash to pay for our treat, not by the employees, but the other customers that came in when we were paying.I will go back, and make sure I have my wallet, so my man is covered ?.

Every time we visit Flagstaff, we always stop here. It’s our favorite Baskin Robbins.
Topical baking robbins. Good ice cream. Service is pretty good as long as there aren’t many people there at once.

Terrible, rude, unpleasant service. Nobody at the counter, when she came through she was annoyed that we were there.“Are you ready to order” was the greeting. The ice cream was almost thrown at us. I told her that there attitude was terrible and she ignored me.Fist and last time going to BR. $7 one scoop of bad manners!!!!!

This place needs to be cleaned. The floors don't look like they've been mopped since it opened. There's one girl trying to serve everyone while all the other employees hide in the back. I had about 3 make eye contact as they just stood around in the back. The cones were stale, the floor was sticky, and the surfaces were dirty. They couldn't really mess the ice cream up because it came prepackaged. I'd say this place could use a remodel and a few replacements.
