Service was good but the food was absolutely atrocious. Everything was boiled to death. It was a bowl of mushy and chewy mixture my mouth never wants to experience again. Portion was okay.

Order pickup for the first time here after wondering about it for a long time. I love the concept here of building your own bowl of noodles. I got the tom yum with coconut milk broth and it was delicious! Every meal comes with a chili crisp side you can add yourself which made it spicy and even more delicious. The toppings were fresh and I can’t wait to make a new creation next time! Thanks Big Bowl Noodle!

Amazing. Everything you look for in a noodle place- ticked every box and did not disappoint. Ate my soup with their traditional matcha (another box ticked), walked around the local shops, and then placed a to-go order so I could bring home sticky rice and potstickers. Wonderful service and lots of seating.

Such a cute spot! The vegetarian option was really good and a huge bowl.
The food was delicious. Made to order. We order 5 meals and 3 appetizers and 4 drinks. For $5 of us to eat was almost $200. They add on a $20 tip for 5 or more people. We sat at the only table that fit us behind the wall was bathroom, and we could hear everything in the bathroom. The fan that was above us had dust hanging from it. We were hoping it wouldn't fall in our food. The wall with the leaves and TV there was a piece of dust just hanging.

The server was really nice but the food was just not it i did the build your own soup and the beef was nothing but tenden which I did not pick the beef was tuff the spring rolls had way to much cilantro and basil it tasted like soap the basil was old tasted old it just wasn't good for the price we paid and I was really disappointed in my food that I ordered please do better

Lemongrass creamy soup was terrible I'm sorry it looks so good in the picture But there was no flavor of thai herbs, it was too milky and bland. I couldn't taste anything like Tom yum at all. The soup has smells
