Review of Black Bart’s Steakhouse – A Good Experience with Some Flaws
We dined at Black Bart’s Steakhouse in Flagstaff with a large party of 12, and overall, it was a decent experience, though not without its flaws. The atmosphere was lively, and the service stood out as one of the highlights. The team went above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical restaurant, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal.
Unfortunately, a couple of the steaks in our group were not cooked correctly, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff was very accommodating in addressing the issue, which we appreciated. If the food had been just a bit more on point, this would have easily been a five-star experience.
Despite the minor setback with the steaks, the service and overall effort from the team made a strong impression. If you're looking for a place with good service and a fun atmosphere, Black Bart’s is still worth a visit. Hopefully, next time the food will match the level of hospitality!

First time here. The prime rib was absolutely delicious. The chef came and checked on me twice. The atmosphere is amazing. The salad a little small. But well worth the experience. Get ready for a great time!

Always an entertaining place to eat and drink (but expensive).
Parking: A bit of a walk from parking to the restaurant.
Started out good, ran into some issues with a meal but they resolved it. Overall the food was okay with okay drinks. The singing entertainment was different for us but enjoyable. So not bad.
If I could leave 10 stars I would. Food, service, ambiance, was EVERYTHING. John was our server and was extremely attentive and kind, and knew the menu well. We both got the ribeye with the twice baked potato, and the fried ice cream for dessert. The perfect hole in the wall Western experience, with amazing decor as well.

Our visit to Black Bart’s restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, with every dish perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. But what truly set this place apart was the sensational singing of the staff. Their performances added a magical touch to the evening, turning a great meal into an unforgettable experience. The combination of amazing food and incredible live entertainment made our night special. We hope to see our server make it to NYC to see a Broadway Play! Ordered Rack of Lamb, not cooked to order and was a lot of gristle than meat, left 5 chops! Ordered Filet, not cooked to order, 2nd re cook wasn't much better..asked for biscuits with main meal and received them when we asked for the ticket..traveling thru but will not make this stop again ..Cracker Barrel is across the interstate, just saying..
