I’ve heard about this place but I’ve never stopped in. I would give them a 9 out of 10. I was told if I come early in the morning I would have hot fresh donuts and’s I would give it a 10 so I plan to go back again and try it out in the morning. 😊

I dont normally write reviews but what I experienced today from the staff was not ok. I went in to get a sandwich for an early lunch and had a nice young lady who was attempting to take my order. We were making nice small talk when an much older lady, whom of which I did not catch her name, came in and snatched the order from the younger employee I was talking to and told her to go do something else. I was completely taken aback by this behaviour between employees, especially when the young lady I was talking to had been such a friendly person. It was so rude to not only me, but to the other employee too. It also should be noted it was busy and other customers were waiting that she could have taken instead of me who was already being taken care of. I will not be taking my business here anymore as long as that older lady is still employed or behaving as she did today. It was completely unacceptable.

Probably the best boba tea I’ve ever had! I got peach tea with kiwi popping boba (I’ve never had kiwi boba before) and it was DELICIOUS! All the doughnuts were also amazing.🤩

2 Nights in a row as I leave tomorrow. Staff are wonderful, donuts are less than $2 each, I found the chocolate finger was too little chocolate, the cinnamon finger was too dry as was the donut.. We also had the strawberry cream which we felt too sickly which was a real shame. The coconut donut was tasty as was the red velvet. The odd shaped iced treat was not very good , sorry!

BoSa Donuts puts all other donuts to shame!! BoSa donuts are homemade and fresh! If you are looking for a local Donut place that focuses on quality BoSa is the obvious choice! I 100% recommend BoSa for all of you donut needs!
The sandwiches? Tasty. The service? Spicy—and not in a good way.
Here’s the deal: you fill out a little slip with your sandwich order (cute concept), the owner makes it, and then randomly tosses them into bags like sandwich roulette. Wrong slip, wrong bag, wrong sandwich. Chaos in carb form.
When I mentioned, kindly, that folks got the wrong orders, the owner hit me with the now-legendary line: “Buy it again then. Or check it first.”
At that point I couldn’t tell if I was at a deli or had wandered onto the set of Kitchen Nightmares: Local Edition. Plot twist—Gordon Ramsay isn’t coming, and the customer is definitely not right.
If you’re hungry and craving a bit of passive aggression, this place has both in abundance.

The coffee is very expensive and not good. Ordered black coffee and it was about $4.50. It tasted like watery hotel room coffee, the color was even light brown. Really gross. Not really sure why they charge this much for such poor quality coffee, especially when you can get cheaper coffee at the two coffee shops across the street. Even the gas stations around have better tasting coffee. The employees were friendly though!

While the customer service was good, I am a donut purest. I like plain cake donuts. I was so disappointed.They had no sweetness or flavor aside from the taste of being fried in rancid oil. Didn't finish it for worry of upset stomach later. Won't be back.
