Got a bacon burger, fries, and a drink. 27 dollars. There's nothing amazing or delicious about it either. Place is a total rip off.

Food was great. Best cinnamon and sticky buns from the case we've had in years. Menu items are all great. Prices are a bit high for the coffees. Limited seating, sometimes a long wait, very noisy. Nice selection of different eggs benedict.
Returned on a Wednesday at lunchtime and no wait. Still ordered breakfast though. Still great food.

Very friendly staff in cute restaurant/bakery. Varied, fun, & delicious coffee selection. Comfortable outdoor seating; we & others had pups (on leashes). We ate vegetarian options & they were great! Portions smaller to very large available. Very comfortable to eat the smaller portions. I loved that they asked if we needed utensils/napkins though we did need them this time. Recommended!

Really good spot for breakfast. Lunches are good. Always a crowd favorite.

I never write reviews, but this was some of the worst service I have ever had. Waitress greeted us briefly, then went on break for over half an hour and never returned. We eventually left, asking for a check for our coffee. They didn’t even comp/discount the drink and only the host briefly apologized. This was a weekday, mid-day and there was ONE other customer next to us. Will never return to this place—I was appalled. The coffee was okay, very sweet, and the patio was in a strip mall.

Delicious Breakfast and Cozy Atmosphere, but Service Could Use a Bit More Warmth

I recently visited Brandy’s Restaurant and Bakery in Flagstaff during a quick trip up north. It’s not a place I typically visit, as I tend to gravitate toward downtown spots, but my daughter chose this café, and I’m always happy to try something new.

The restaurant has a charming, cozy atmosphere, and I was excited to see what they had to offer. However, our initial welcome didn’t set the best tone. When we walked in, no one greeted us, not even the barista at the coffee bar, who was facing the door. A simple “welcome in” or “someone will be right with you” would have made us feel much more at ease.

We waited for a few minutes before the hostess approached us to confirm our party size. I noticed there were a couple of open booths, so I requested one. She mentioned needing to check if a booth was available, then returned to say one was open and that we could seat ourselves. While I appreciated her effort, there was a lack of communication about what to expect next. She didn’t mention that she would follow with menus or take our drink orders, which left us feeling a bit unsure of the process.

Once we were seated, things started to improve. The hostess returned with menus and asked if we’d like anything to drink. Shortly after, we were introduced to our waitress, who was much friendlier and more engaging than the hostess or barista. She checked in to see if we had any questions and made us feel more comfortable.

When our breakfast arrived, I was impressed by the plating and portion sizes. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and generously portioned. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and I appreciated that breakfast is served all day, making it a great choice no matter the time of your visit.

Overall, I found Brandy’s Restaurant and Bakery to be a lovely spot with delicious food, but I hope they make small adjustments to improve the service experience. A more welcoming and attentive approach when guests arrive would go a long way. First impressions matter, and something as simple as a friendly greeting can set the right tone for a positive experience.

Would I return? Yes. The food and atmosphere were both enjoyable, and I’m always happy to support local establishments. With just a bit more warmth and attentiveness from the staff, I think this café could really shine as a Flagstaff favorite.

I was traveling back to California, and was looking for an omelet, as I do more protein, and this place had great ratings, but I am so disappointed with my meal. I was there 35 minutes before closing, so they had plenty of time to prepare a to go order. The omelet was over cooked, sausage had no taste, and very little cheese. Then they gave me burnt hard muffins, which i couldn't eat, and the fruit cup was like the all the fruit had been in a vat of sugar for days. Sorry for the bad review, but staff was very friendly, and the place was very cute. I travel through Flagstaff several times a year, but won't go there again.

We stayed at an Airbnb, and our host highly recommended Brandy's! I think we will be forever grateful for that! The food and the service were phenomenal! We had so much food left over, we ate it for breakfast the next morning.

I asked them do they use a playlist or radio for songs. They didn’t even respond. How dare they. I was looking for a song that played in their restaurant but I didn’t know the name of it so I asked them through the website. They never responded. Thankfully I found the song by myself >:(

It is very overpriced for food that is a 1/10. The biscuit was very salty, the gravy was very bland, the country potatoes were burnt and salty, and the ham was dry and hard. I would not recommend or go back!

I bought a $2.49 pastry this morning and he changed me about $6 for it. He said, it was for tax! 🙄 And the pastry was cold. Never going there again. Thank you.
