I enjoyed taking 10-week class sessions. Mr. Jim conducts the classes in a kind, respectful, empathy, and humorous manner, and the materials are very helpful and interesting. Positive parenting practices such as positive language, planned discipline, and family routines are promoted in the class. It also encourages nurturing behavior and broadens parents' understanding of child development and communication styles. I strongly recommend every parent should take the course. It totally changed my perspective on parenting. I believe positive parenting contributes to the development of stronger parent-child relationships.

Jim is a wonderful instructor and this is a great class. The material is a lot more in depth that I imagined it to be, and that's a good thing. He really takes the time to help with understanding the material. You can tell he's passionate about his work. It's completely flexible and convenient. He has really done a great job in preparing us and helping us to be better parents. He also has helped in our own lives some. I took this program in 2007/8. The program taught by Jim was invaluable in helping me navigate a very tough custody situation. Furthermore, I have continued to update with Jim over the years and continue to gain insight some 12 years later.
