We were in Flagstaff, AZ and stopped in to get some wings to go. They charged us $32.74 for 20 boneless wings. I looked on the app and asked why isn't it $17 as listed on the app. They said its online only. I asked to cancel the original order and do the online. They said it would be no problem. I got no receipt for the original order. They said it would be credited back. We then saw double charges on our credit card for the new amount $19.64 as well as the original $32.74. They said they had no idea why. We were also told the original order was a 20 minute wait and when we did they online it was a 45 minute wait. We sat around and another server brought out our food and it was about 45 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager about the original order and he swore he cancelled it. Still no receipts or proof. He was holding some kind of paperwork. We thought, well, stuff happens. Well today the $19.64 was cancelled and the $32.74 is still on our card. So they double charged and cancelled it to keep the $32.74? Get a receipt and don't change your order. You will regret it. We will never step foot in another BWW.

This BWW is just like may others I have visited.
Busy, fast pace environment.
Friendly faces.
Great food served hot.

Great place to watch sports šŸ‘

The onion rings were awesome, but the wings were dried out, over baked, skinless, so no fat. I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities with great food. This one doesn't measure up.

Ordered online for pick up at 6p. I arrived at 5:55, empty restaurant, but crowded pick up line. I checked in and was told 20-ish min.
It was an hour and when I got home the food was cold!
Boooooooooo!

If I could give lower than 1 star, then I would. This place completely sucks. Half empty restaurant with a 10 minute wait. Ordered wings, took 1.5 hours. I had to ask 3 times for our food. I was told the manager was ā€œon itā€, manager never came to the table. They accidentally sauced hot wings with blazin. Believe all the other reviews. Don’t come here. Our server was a cool dude though, kept up with the drinks.

Honestly, I’ve been going to this location for years and it has gone downhill.
The first thing I noticed, was the wings getting smaller and having less and less sauce on them. I had to start asking for them to put extra sauce on the wings just to get a normal amount.
But I got over that. Not to mention how expensive it has gotten, which we also accepted because it’s Flagstaff and everything is expensive.

They have a sign posted saying that they are training new staff so wait times may be longer than normal but here’s what they don’t tell you:
My party of three arrived before the dinner rush at about 4:25pm to make sure we wouldn’t have a crazy wait because we had other things to do this evening.
So we walk in and the restaurant is mostly empty, but we have to wait to be seated.
We watch someone who walked in after us get seated first and we don’t worry about it too much.
We got seated after approximately 10 minutes of waiting, which is what the hostess quoted so that was no problem. It was confusing why there was a wait to be seated when the restaurant was mostly empty, but at least she set proper expectations.

The waitress took long enough to get to us that we had already looked over the full menu a few times, and everybody had decided exactly what they wanted, and we were ready to place the full order at once. We ordered and the waitress said give her just a few minutes to put in the order and then get us drinks. we realized that we had been at the restaurant for approximately 35 minutes, and we hadn’t received drinks yet, but we saw four servers standing around talking to each other in the middle of the dining room.
Nobody was getting drinks. Nobody was checking on tables. It didn’t look like any of the very few tables in the dining room had food either.

So to put it as simple as I can:
Don’t go here unless you want an overpriced, tiny, undersauced wing to be served to you slower than the DMV.

I have never in my life stood up and walked out of a restaurant before. In this case, we walked out and we stopped by the hostess stand and asked her to please convey to the server that we were leaving to go somewhere else.
(And we were seated and had drinks within 10 minutes of arriving at the other restaurant.)

There are other places to get wings, and I will be exploring those in the future.

Terribly mismanaged. Make you wait standing for half an hour even though there are many open tables.

I’m extremely disappointed and angry about my experience here. My group of five checked in at the host stand and were told there would be a short wait. About 10 minutes later, the host seated us and clearly said a server would come by in 5–6 minutes.
That didn’t happen.
We sat for over 20 minutes with no service and no eye contact from staff walking by. When a server finally came, I answered her ā€œHow are you?ā€ with ā€œNot good — we’ve been waiting a long time.ā€ She replied, ā€œThe host told you there would be a wait. If you don’t like it, you can just leave.ā€ This was after we had been in the building for over 30 minutes without even placing an order.
From then on, her demeanor remained unprofessional and disrespectful: speaking extremely fast, tossing straws onto the table, and acting visibly annoyed. The food was fine, and I still left a $35 tip, but the service was unacceptable. I hope management reviews staff training on basic respect and communication, at minimum, acknowledge guests and set accurate expectations.

It’s a hit or miss being a regular here. After a busy day of work, ok we’ll settle to wings. Get home, down to the bag something is missing. Doesn’t ranch go with wings? Sauce or no sauce?

Corporate office needs to step and and fire the manager of this location and strip the owner of their franchise license. This place is by far the worst BWW I've been too. Unbelievably poor service, food is bad when you get it 90 minutes later. I feel bad for the poor staff.

They kept forgetting my stuff, and they made me wait so long. Not to mention they weren't even helpful about fixing it. I came all the way back to fix their mistake and they didn't give me anything for it. I'm never eating here again. 0 stars.
