Buffalo Wild Wings

An hour waiting for service really bad. I'm still here and no food yet.

it's loud.
service is slow.
food is expensive and bland.
wind sauce isn't what it used to be.

When we order online there a time for it to be picked up but when we go there they tell us to wait like 10 or 20 minutes and people come in and they have their food ready, they would forget out chicken powder that we also order. I think they need to be more specific on what time it gonna be ready and not have us wait more then we’re suppose to it just has bad service during online ordering.

We were there for over an hour and never got our food. Service was slow on a normal Thursday evening. Took forever for us to get drinks after we ordered them and watched people who were seated after us get there food first. Would not recommend this restaurant.

I normally would not leave a five star review for how long it took me to get my food in a to-go order.. However..The manager Marianna was absolutely phenomenal and accommodating! They were definitely short staffed the night I got my to go order, and guess what, shit happens. Marianna took care of me and I will definitely be back just because of her attitude. 🤙🏻

Its been 5 years since I have been to BWW and it didn't take long to remember why I dont come here. 6 different states, 6 different BWW and its the same ol same ol. Crappy service and nothing but excuses. Never again.

Wings were small. Atmosphere was a bit on the loud side

Boneless Lemon pepper and buffalo wings were mostly salt and batter. Not sure if it would have been any better if they would have given me the not boneless buffalo wings I asked for rather than the boneless. Will go on my “Do not ever eat here again” list.

Had thier buffalo wings, still tasty. Great place to bring family.

Had to wait 2 hours for food got the wrong order twice and wrong drink but waitress Gracie was extremely nice to us she was very helpful as well and the food tasted very good most of the problem was because it was very busy and the workers were doing a lot but even through the wait still pretty in nice place would go again on less busy day

Want to start by saying, I’ve never had a bad server. Every single person has been extremely kind and positive. BUT THE COOKS?! Good lord they need new ones 😭 the wings are neverrrrrrrrr saucy. This is supposed to be a sauce based restaurant, if you can’t put enough sauce on the wings CONSISTENTLY, maybe you need new chefs. The food is always gross and bland. But the servers and great setting is what brings me back. I really wish they just got new cooks. Been coming here for years and never pleased with the food, but go anyways because I have a sports loving family. These wings are supposed to be mild sauce, what in the actual f is this & I kid you not they come out like this everytime 😭😂😂😂 dryer then a wh*** on a Sunday!

The service was very poor. We had to wait a long time to be attended, even though the place wasn’t busy.

Good assortment of food

The beer selection, the wings, and the service were all spot on at this location. Good job!
