This location is huge, multiple halls, numerous tvs and a whole arcade section. Seems kid friendly with games.Large collection of draft beer.

I walked in to the front door, and there was nobody to greet me. I went ahead and walked back to the bar area and picked a table like I have in dozens of other BWW locations. Two friends would be joining me shortly, and the bar area has always been self seating in every other location I’ve gone to in the past. However, the young skinny male who is apparently front host approached me and indicated that he would either need to seat me in the dining area, or I would need to leave my table and wait to be be seated if I wished to remain in the bar area. So he led me to the front and I waited for 5-10 minutes. At the time, most of the tables were vacant in the bar area, so there was no reason for this. He then seated us one table over from where I had initially sat down, without saying anything. What a pointless exercise, due to someone’s child like mentality! This host was childish and put forward the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in a Buffalo Wild Wings. I will never return. The date of our visit was 3/20/2024.

The best thing about this place is they stay open later than a lot of the surrounding restaurants. Service has been good the times I've been there. Lots of options. Wings are decent.

The worst buffalo wings out of 16 states ive been to; nothing but college students hired at this place so they always lack servers cooks and staff,and also is very unprofessional. We had to argue with seating staff to get satt down when the whole business was empty ,never got our order taken and no drinks. 6 people on the clock standing around and didn't bother to provide us with service instead got kicked out by shift manager when his employee decided to become aggressive.

Do not get food for Takeout, they will tell you 15-20 min and next thing you know it took 20min waiting at the counter til someone helps you.Then proceed to wait an additional 30min for my food ?Never again.
Been here more times than I can recall, however recently I guess now you have to wait to be seated to go to the bar… after waiting 5 minutes to sit at the bar I decided I would eat somewhere else.

It seems like every time I come here, something always goes wrong. Whether that's the food temperature, a server being rude to me when I ask a simple question of asking to re-heat my food because it's cold (which in itself is a problem), or the lack of service even when it's slow.
