This is the first time I've visited Flagstaff and went to this establishment.. The girl that was behind the bar didn't know how to make drinks. She gave us the dirtiest look when we asked for a watermelon martini. She stated this is bun hangers not a club. I have never felt so disrespected in all my years. I don't recommend this establishment at all. I'm so disappointed.

As sad as it is bun huggers is NOT THE SAME!! They updated the menu to have everything on it, I know some people won't care but there are picky people who don't like too much sauce, condiments, etc. On top of that, this was the longest I've ever had to wait for food, 20-25 mins and it wasn't even busy. Mushroom and zucchini had SOOOO much grease, I couldn't even finish them cuz all I could taste was grease, and within 5 mins of eating my stomach became upset. Sadly this will probably be the last time I'm ever here??

Custom char-grilled burgers on awesome buns. Great selection of sides. Really recommend the fried zuccs. Guy taking the orders was friendly and helpful. Order came out quickly. The wood booths are well loved. This is a great classic burger joint!

This last trip last Saturday wasn't good at all, food was terrible, the place looked dirty and the lady manager was super offensive thinking that I spoke Spanish and kept speaking some form of elementary school spanish to me even after I told her we all spoke English she insisted on butchering the Spanish language, my wife and stepdaughter are white for God's sake, they were there with me and she still didn't get the message, food was terrible, some of the hamburgers were overlooked and burned, the onion rings were soggy and the fries were probably made with old potatoes and old used oil, my son tried to go to the cashier to let her know his food wasn't good and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she was sorry but didn't even offer to replace the food or anything, the only good thing out of the whole stop was the wings, they were the only good things in there, there was no utensils or condiments available, the soda machine was not clean and the bathrooms need some fixing, also it's supposed to read "MEN" and "WOMEN" not "mens" and "womens" I guess that may be a reason the lady decided to keep speaking Spanish to us. Used to be a favorite of mine but we won't be going back to it.

Unfortunately it's not the bun huggers I remember. Burgers weren't anything special, which they used to be. Fries were undercooked. Asked to get the fried for a bit longer. They put in 2 new orders that also came out undercooked. Hope they can make some changes in the kitchen. Service was fine and food came out quick.
Sophie was the best bartender I could ever have and had great customer service and great conversation with her customers. Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know

Hadn't been here in quite a few years. My husband grew up Coming here after skiing trips. Went back tonight. I got the jam Brie burger and my husband got the fiesta. They were AMAZING. Juicy and flavorful. We both are kind of picky and kept saying how delicious the burgers were. French fries were also fresh and crispy. Mix ketchup with their malt vinegar there and you've got an amazing dipping sauce. We will for sure be back!
