Wait time is excessive time in the drive thru. It's like 10 minutes per car
Walked into Burger King like I owned the place. Crown on, chest out, ready to feast like the noble peasant I am.
Ordered a Whopper, fries, and a soda so large it could hydrate a small village. The burger came out looking like it had just survived a food fight—beautifully sloppy, proudly greasy, and smelling like freedom and regret.
Took one bite and instantly blacked out—woke up 3 minutes later surrounded by empty wrappers and a deep sense of accomplishment. The fries? Hotter than my ex’s new boyfriend. The soda? More syrupy than a Hallmark Christmas movie.
The cashier called me “King” and I haven’t emotionally recovered since.
10/10. Would absolutely come back to this cardboard throne of culinary chaos. Long live the King.
Got my food but my change suppose be $30 but only gave me $20 eventho I showed them my receipt they wouldn't take a look into it for me so if there gonna keep stealing money from me I am done with this place...
The only reason I go to Burger King is for the impossible whopper. Please never change it
If you’re craving Burger King, do yourself a favor and draw one with crayons and eat the paper. It’ll be faster and probably taste better too
Awful service! I'm sure the food will be too if we ever get it.
Where do I start. There's the little stuff, no welcome in, no hello, no smile or anything. Fine whatever people have bad days. I ordered a whopper jr and an onion ring from the kiosk. I proceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes for my cold food. In the mean time I watched the cashier wave away an older customer who didn't want to use the kiosk even though the cashier wasn't bagging and handing out orders cause he was waiting on the kitchen. He just kept reading the orders that where spiraling out of control. He then proceeded to leave food on the hotplate for a minimum of 5 minutes each time it hit it. This experience sucked to say the least.
Very clean - well managed. Extra large parking lot accommodates RVs, etc.
FAST, Friendly, Good! That's exactly how it should be! It was like I traveled back to the 80s or 90s. Nearly $40 worth of food in the drive thru. Under 2 mins. Wasn't asked to pull forward. No one honked at me for taking too long. Perfect!
So this franchise says “hey you can buy anything from our app without letting you know that they aren’t serving it right now” then when you get there they say “we can’t issue a refund sorry, you’ll have to contact the app”… My deepest apologies sir I had no idea that is was my job to inform the app that the store wasn’t serving something at that time because the machine was down.. oh wait, that’s literally your job. Food quality is always mediocre, staff always seems like they are better than you and I love how the store and the franchise both act like “hey even though we messed up.. we aren’t willing to give you an actual refund and if you keep asking we’re just gonna ignore it all together”. Why would anyone ever want to go anywhere else.

Went with my buddy to this BK joint, sitting in back while he sat up front with his wife. These employees are rude! Childish! They like to piss ppl off! Over food! Like they are upset they have customers they are upset because their playtime was over when a customer drove up! Customers are the reason they have a job! No way will I EVER eat here!
This was super expensive and does not taste super good. It has been awhile since we have had burger king, but I can tell you we will not be going back to any of their establishments.
Save your time and money, this place needs to be shut down. Somehow they managed to not only take way too long to bring out our order, but also managed to make every single thing badly. The only thing cooked well were the fries, but they were unsalted. The whopper was dry and the bun was cold, the whole burger seemed like it had been made an hour before I got there. The owner needs to count their losses and shut it down. I had to wait for my drive thru order next to a shopping cart full of stuff belonging to the homeless guy who was lounging inside.
Disappointed with my visit today. I waited a considerable amount of time in the drive-thru, and although the staff repeated my order back to me correctly, it was still made wrong. That level of carelessness after confirming the details is frustrating.To be fair, the customer service itself wasn’t rude—staff were friendly, which is the only reason I allowed them to hit my vape when they asked while I was waiting. In hindsight, that was a mistake, as it clearly contributed to their lack of focus. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about standards and management oversight. A food establishment should never blur the line between customer interaction and employee conduct like this. I won’t be returning unless there’s a clear change in how this location is run.
