We love the food at Café Rio and the customer service is exemplary. If we have an issue, it is dealt with fairly and quickly. We miss the eleotes, but we will live. The rewards program is great, as well. It’s a win-win!

It is all so good! They have daily specials that are great buys. We have tried most everything, including the new items. Great flavors, great quality and use the app to get rewards!! You won't regret stopping!

Let's be honest, it's the same business plan as Chipotle and Qdoba. Was just as good as they are. The people working were nice. Good customer service. My bowl was exactly like I would get and either of the three places, which was good. Recommended for that casual dining experience.

I’ve eaten at this franchise both in Phoenix and here. I don’t know what happened to the one in Flagstaff but last night was the worst meal we’ve ever had in a Mexican restaurant. Maybe it’s new owners or a new chef but wait till they clean things up before you waste your money.

Was “waited “ on by the manager on duty. He was rude wouldn’t. Listen or make eye contact. He literally sloped the foot into the tortilla and was rushed for no reason. The rest of the staff was very friendly. I seldom
Frequent this restaurant usually only for the fantastic lime mint tea. I decided to give them another chance ( first chance. Was many years ago) and was faced with this man who couldn’t even look me in the eye or listen. All that and the tea was out!!! Shame on you cafe rio shame on me for giving them a second chance. No delicious tea is worth that man’s service.

I asked for a sweet pork burrito and the guy said they were out of burrito tortillas. So I had to get tacos. Then my brother tried to get sweet pork burritos and could only get one with sweet pork because they ran “out”. Then they magically had more for our parents. They also had more burrito tortillas for my parents. So if they say they are out, make sure to ask them to check the stoves.

They messed up my order horribly. They combined everyone's order and just chose randomly. Made my vegetarian friend eat meat on accident. Absolutely terrible
