It was my first experience dining at Cafe Rio. A friend suggested this spot, and I can honestly say I was not let down by my choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it as well; the food is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly.
Great service and very good food
great food. Hate they ask for a tip when it is cafeteria style.
I was surprised to find a Cafe Río at this location! The food was delicious, but a little pricey.
I got a burrito and a bowl. Ended up costing just under $30. The food was way over salted, to the point where some bites were almost inedible. For some reason, they also put the salsa and lettuce on the side which soaked the rest of the burrito, which caused the whole thing to fall apart. Cost was super high for some very not great food.
Update*
Place got better and the food tastes great the horchata is delicious and the tres leches slaps I also like that they included more meat options in their menu.
Don't go when it's busy. They will forget about your food & expect you to wait a little longer. Poor communication.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you don’t want to be kind to people don’t work in customer service. Poor attitudes, some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Tossing my food around when I asked to add extra of something. Would not ever come back. Food is mediocre. Service is awful. Would give - stars if I could.

Similar setup to Chipotle but with fresher ingredients. High quality food at a reasonable price.

Best place in town, they are always nice and friendly. Good place to take your family.
Vegetarian options: You can make quesadillas, or salads, or even bean and rice burritos, or tacos, or tostada's so I would say pretty good vegetarian options.

I used to really like this place but last time I went in I looked at the sink that the employees should be using to wash their hands and it was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Turned around and left.

The reason I'm giving this place a 2 is only because of the server she was very rude and in a hurry. Super sloppy, no smile, no greeting. When I ordered, she said, "What u want I said bowl she proceeded to say," Meat rice beans. What else u want in the most rude way I've ever heard. Once we paid I turned around to see she was just in a hurry to eat her food. I understand if your having a bad day or need to eat but there was another lady right by her with a great attitude and did everything right. Food is still good but portions are not as I thought they were. Try it out but I hope u don't get a rude employee.

We won't go back. You go through a line to pick your contents and toppings. They were out of many items at 6 at night. Food was spilled between containers and not wiped up. Things felt messy and dirty. The young man serving mumbled, and we had to repeatedly ask him what items were, how spicy, etc. When we got home, we barely ate our food. It didn't taste real fresh. It was more like a glob of foods rather than distinct flavors. The whole place seemed dark and not very fresh and inviting.
