We waited 50 minutes to get served. Food was lackluster. $50 and not worth half that. My ham and cheese omelette showed up cold and included mushrooms and spinach. The hash browns were not browned and cold. I felt bad for the server. She told us there were only two servers on this Sunday morning. Really? There was a line of people out the door. Suggest you pass on this place.

HORRIBLE. Server forgot about the drinks we ordered. I go back in 20 minutes later and ask about our drinks and she said "oh can you tell me what you ordered again". Completely forgot. Takes her another 10 minutes to bring us our drinks. Then forgets to bring the creamer out for the coffee we ordered. So had to wait another 5 minutes for that. I ordered a 4 dollar apple juice and as we were leaving I asked for a refill, apparently they don't do refills for apple juice. Food was alright nothing great. I wouldn't waste your money or time here. They need to hire servers that know how to serve people!

Great breakfast spot! I had the chicken & waffles. The breast was the perfect size and the wallet was sooooo fluffy. I should have gotten a side of bacon because it looked amazing. It couldn't believe how thick it was. I had mimosas for $3 as well. The drink menu was a nice touch. Service was prompt and thorough. I will definitely be back and this time I will get that bacon!

The service was average . Very nice interior nice outdoor seating area. The servers were friendly however it was quite the wait and only a couple of people in the restaurant. If the service was faster it would have gotten four stars. The food besides the pancakes were tasty the pancakes had a sour almost vinegar like taste to them. The burrito have avocado in it was a great touch it's always nice to not pay extra for avocado.

Carmel's is a great place for breakfast in downtown Flagstaff. The restaurant is small and cozy with a retro feel. The staff are helpful and friendly. I love the waffles and the Eggs Benedict Florentine.

Waffles are an endangered species in Flagstaff. Carmel's clearly cares about these little guys and wants them to thrive! The one I had was fluffy and delightful!! But seriously. This is a small, cute little venue with indoor or outdoor seating and a dog friendly patio! The service was quick and attentive, they have a full bar, fresh squeezed OJ, and a full espresso bar, and if they didn't have a closing time, I might just stay forever. The end.

As a visitor from Phoenix, this will become apart Flagstaff visits. I had the omelette, the veggies were fresh and the hash browns we're not over cooked. My partner had the crepe and boy was I ever jealous. The toast was from a local bakery and the coffee was local as well. I was very impressed and cannot wait to come back.

So good! My boyfriend and I split the chicken & waffles and the eggs Benedict Florentine. Our meals were personalized from our plates down to our coffees and it was all delicious. Very cute aesthetic and extremely friendly staff :) Can't wait to come back!

Love this place and it's transplant location in Flagstaff! The coffee here is the BEST in town and owner Pat Flanagan and his staff truly make you feel welcome and at home. And they were especially accommodating due to a slightly lobger wait.

Can we make it no stars? Came in for breakfast waited an hour. No food. Had to hunt down our server. She said "I'm not even going to lie. We haven't started your order. Our cook quit earlier." It never crossed her mind to tell us. The food gets an incomplete, the service an "F". Do better.
