Clean, organized and the staff were beyond friendly!
Generally Chick-fil-A staff are top notch and always deliver exactly what you’ve ordered. This location seems to struggle a bit, multiple times myself or my partner have received incorrect orders. This has varied between incorrect food orders (missing food) or incorrect condiments. I’ll most likely use the other Flagstaff location in the future.
Most recently I was provided the wrong condiments for my chicken and sure, it’s not that big of a deal but let me just say… tasting a mustard based sauce rather than the requested honey BBQ was a bit jolting.
I’m leaving this review in hopes this location will tighten up their service because it’s a bummer.

Chic Fil A never disappoints but this one was close. Super slow service on a random Tuesday in October. Food was great though, what we expected, just too busy to be quick.

10-13-25 At approximately 1:55 pm I came to pickup a mobile order. There were literally shoeless children running around and horse playing in the pickup order zone with a grip mat sitting out just beside the counter while employees were trying to run food. One kid pulled another to the ground and landed flat on his back most notably.
Not sure if it was a director’s kid and friends or what, but seriously? That’s embarrassing, not to mention dangerous and a massive liability for the restaurant and other patrons. Obviously the employees there aren’t given any ability to handle that situation.
It’s a restaurant - not a playground. Massive safety oversight and just a shameful lack of parenting and accountability from those who run the place allowing that to happen.
I’ll happily complain to someone higher if need be. I just wanted to get out of there so I didn’t witness a kid hurting themselves.
Do better, CFA on Milton. Yall have been fine otherwise before today.

Quick, friendly, clean, and efficient. They are constantly giving back to the community in the form of free food and scholarships. A great location!
Very good place as always. The Mac and cheese is delicious. The service was ok at this location.
