We love Chick-fil-A and have never had a bad experience. This location needs to work on their food and food supply! As well as their food prep time. We ordered chicken strips and after waiting awhile for our order, they told us they were out of strips for the night and we would have to pick something else. The worker was nice about it but it was just strange to be out of chicken strips. This was also after we had waited for our food for over five minutes. We also ordered grilled nuggets. They were lukewarm and very chewy/tough. They also were quite blackened. Not at all what I’m used to- they’re always super tender, warm and juicy nuggets. Fries were also overdone and browned. Workers were sweet- seemed like the younger workers were running around doing everything- very impressed with them! We waited for our food for awhile- we had ordered through mobile order and scanned our table when we got in. No reason for food to take that long! Overall- not worth the money we spent on food!

We usually love chik fil a, and have eaten at many different locations. But this visit was a poor experience for us. We ordered our meals but noticed they were advertising key lime lemonade for a limited time. So we decided to try it. When our meals came the key lime lemonade was in much smaller cups, and filled to the brim with ice…meaning we got a whopping 4 swallows of the drink before it was gone. So I asked for a refill. But was then told there are no refills on the key lime lemonade. why was I not foretold that the cups were smaller, and that, by the way there are no refills in this type of drink?? They also forgot to put a toy in each of the three kids meals. They were not busy at all, so no excuse that way.
Service and Customer service is usually quite high at other Chik fil a’s, so this was a disappointing visit.

This used to be my favorite place in town. Now you will see low level team members working as hard and quick. While super management relaxes and does not help. I watched as team members all were busy waiting to ask for a glass of water. When I noticed Chic Fil A upper leadership I asked for a water. In hopes of her pitching in and me not having to wait. After she told me no and to ask a team member I was baffled. I waited 3 minutes not to get helped at all. Leaving in frustration without a simple glass of water.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at Chickafiles. I ordered two sandwiches, only to be told after paying that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. When I asked if they could replace them with something else, I was flatly told no.
This is completely unacceptable. Charging $11 for a meal that is incomplete and then refusing to make it right shows a complete lack of care for your customers. If you can’t provide what’s advertised or at least offer a solution, why should anyone bother coming here? This was a huge disappointment, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
I really like the atmosphere of this store. The staff have beautiful smiles and are friendly. The store is clean and the chicken burger is delicious and the best.
