Not sure why I do a mobile order, pay ahead of time and then still have to wait at the window while you actually start making the food. Then the food was all cold and the cheese not even melted on any of our sandwiches!

Wow. I'm impressed. A month ago, we had a pretty bad experience at Rt 66 location in Flagstaff. Manager personally called me and apologized. We went today. Great job. Great great attitudes, the food was so good, and our order was correct. Thank you.

The employees are always amazing and polite, I just had an issue with false advertisement on an item I ordered today. Ordered a side of the honey pimento cheese, in the photos on the menu it shows a cup of the side, when you get it though, they give you a tiny plastic sauce container of it. I wouldn’t have paid $4 for this side if they had shown what you really get. Complete false adverstising. I attached photos.

This Chick-fil-A location is so nice and new. Very clean and Zeke delivered our food to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Nate was so nice and came to check on every table and made sure we had sauces and if we wanted drink refills. Not sure why this location gets bad reviews!

Horrible customer service, long wait line to order in dining room, there no where near enough tables, had to wait several minutes for a table to open up. No one to clean tables, you have to clean yourself. No one to empty the trash or clean the trash counter...it was disgusting. No one to refill your drink, I waited at the order counter several minutes but I was completely ignored. Also, there is extremely limited parking and the facility is difficult to drive into. I go to Chick-Fil-A a lot and this is the worst facility I have ever patronized. I will NOT return.

Got a frozen banana coffee and something was wrong. Not frozen, very grainy and lumpy. They seemed to have gotten confused about orders ahead of us, but ours was correct. New location and location is nice.
The food has slacked a lot, in my opinion, when I crave fried chicken sandwiches or nuggets. This is the last place I have in mind

My mom and I went to the drive thew and is was fast and easy ( she used the mobile app ;) which is so convenient) and we got our order and went home and my sandwich looked amazing I said “ this sandwich is commercial worthy lol ?”

I did a mobile drive thru order and the staff was great but it's not a user friendly system for the technically inclined. Food was great!
