Chili's has become frozen, over processed, just like Dennys. Why would a restaurant charge you for using table entertainment while you WAIT for THEM to prepare your food? Flagstaff restaurant was freezing, waitresses were wearing heavy sweaters. We had just hiked the mountain so needed warmth, and good food, made wrong choice choosing Chili's. Used to be a favorite. Not going back.
