The lady at the front was very rude. Threw my order in the bag and was all side ways and made a mess in the bag. Have messed up my order more than once and it’s the female that keeps doing my order wrong and me having to come back and get it fixed. Not Professional.
the blonde girl who rolled my burrito needs a new calling but i’ll throw her a bone because whoever was on grill was not keeping that line stocked
Terrible service, the worker doesn't listen to what you want and just throws food into your bowl, she gives a very small portion and the food itself has no flavor, nothing like the Chipotle I order in other states.

Food has no flavor. Steak is tough and grisly. The employees need to understand moderation. They flooded my whole bowl with red salsa.
This is not a one time thing. The food and service has declined.

My food was disappointing and tasted like dog food the rice tasted like some type of chemicals and the carnitas smelled and tasted like dog food I was disgusted that I took the food back for a refund I’m not sure what changes chipotle made to their food but it’s not good at all the quality is down bad I won’t be back to any location! They all are similar just nasty.

really mean workers at this location. girl working the line on 1/21 around 10pm was really mean, if you guys are going to be grumpy about staying open til 11, maybe you should change the hours or she should change her schedule! i used to work nights at wingstop that didn’t close til 12AM and it was 100% busier than this chipotle ever gets & never was i as rude as she was last night, no matter the closing time! <3

Displace has great service , even though it's almost always busy, it's worth the wait.
Just the average chipotle food and experience. Good portions and pace. Also, there is a five guys next door for free peanuts

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location on Dec 20 at 4:20 PM. At the time of ordering, the BOGO offer was validated, but the cashier ran the bill separately and charged us for two bowls instead of honoring the promotion.
When I pointed this out, the cashier was very rude and dismissive, saying, “you saw the bill and paid for it.” I was with my family and was rushing while paying, trusting that the validated offer had been applied correctly.
I brought the issue to the store manager, but he was also rude and unhelpful and refused to honor the BOGO offer. I even offered to buy two new bowls so the promotion could be applied properly, but both the cashier and the manager were unwilling to resolve the issue.
Mistakes can happen, but the poor attitude and refusal to correct a clear error made this experience extremely frustrating. This location showed a serious lack of customer service and accountability.
The staff is so rude. The initial person while ordering in the line said there is bogo offer for kids meal also. When I been to cashier she was so arrogant and rude said it’s not bogo for kids meal. While I referred to the guy who said it’s bogo she said he is not cashier and its his first day.. I don’t care. It’s their responsibility to train their employees. While I said I don’t want the second meal.. she arrogantly threw the food. It happened with my friend also who came along with me .. he was charged for 4 bowls while there is bogo he has to be charged for only 2. Upon asking she(the cashier) said, you should tell us first that’s it’s a bogo. As a customer why we should say it’s bogo .. chipotle team should be knowing that and shouldn’t overcharge customer. While other customer didn’t ask for bogo but they were given bogo.
Adding to this.. rice is not boiled properly.
Not stepping my feet again in this restaurant
