Great location.

The employees sit down the restaurant 3 hours early tonight with no reason given. The method was rather rude. The online order already made were refused. When asked why, I was told because we are. The employees act like they would rather be elsewhere. No more straws for this location. My money goes elsewhere for good.

Super disappointed in the quality of food at this location. They are the only location I have been to in several months that is actually well staffed. However every empty table was still dirty and the food tasted of dirty oil. Panda Express next door would have likely made me feel less sick afterwards.

3 stars until you guys start using squeeze bottles or at least a lid for the sour cream…
I hate the cross contamination but I like eating at chipotle for lunch.
Wish I could say this for every single location and Chipotle changes it corporate wide.
Nothing better than a bunch of people with their food handlers and doing nothing about cross contamination like they were trained lol
Change the sour cream method and I’ll change the review to 5 stars.

I did an online order and I was standing at the counter and it took a little bit tog get someone to help me. Then the food was not good. It wasn't enough rice nor meat. I don't stay in this area so I was excited to eat here, but was disappointed.

This chipotle is how a chipotle should be. Food was great, had plenty ingredients ready so I wasn't told they were out of something, the food was cooked perfectly, and the bowl I received looked just like the ones in Chipotle ads. Unlike the one in Prescott where the rice is undercooked, they are always out is something, and they dish out a tablespoon of guac and act like you are asking them to sacrifice their firstborn to get more. I think from now on I might just drive all the way to Flagstaff instead of Prescott to get my veggie bowl.

Always love this place, but I’ve ate Chipotle’s from the West Coast to the East Coast for some reason none of them know how to roll a burrito. Still got five stars tho

I called the restaurant looking too find my lost credit card and the customer service was very displeasing. Sam the the worker came across as very rude and short. She switched the phone to some else and I was able to get some help. Sam was there leading manager for the shift and it was her responsibility to provide good costumer service.

I had ordered veg bowl for them. They have put chicken in it and I don't know what all they have put in it. I don't like you. At all and I don't know what kind of people these are. There is no sense of talking nonsense here. They don't care about anything

Not as friendly as I remembered but the food still smacks hard. And no charge for a lot of extra cheese which is good. Just felt like they were annoyed with serving me.

Wow! This location is awful. I frequent Chipolte throughout Arizona and California (some of the busiest locations in southern California) and have NEVER experienced poor customer service as I did at this location. It WAS a busy Tuesday evening, since it was peak dinner hour but I've certainly frequented busier locations throughout the PHX and Orange County areas and NEVER saw a Chipotle in the condition that this Flagstaff location was in; trash piled high, tables that had not been cleared or wiped down, chairs in a state of disarray, soda fountain area hadn't been wiped down or restocked. I ordered, proceeded to register and paid using 2 Chipolte gift cards. Something went awry with the gift cards and the cashier asked another cashier for assistance. My receipt displays the name Daniel (transaction #530 on 4/22/2025) but I'm not sure if that is indeed the name of the cashier or the employee that was trying to assist the cashier with modifying her error with the transaction. The original cashier was NOT rude towards me, she was simply flustered and apologetic by her own error. What WAS rude was the employee assisting her. She was treating me, the paying customer, like I was the reason for the problem and for holding up the line that was rapidly growing longer as she tried to modify the error. Somehow, she got it resolved and threw, and I mean THREW the cups and receipt into bag then shoved the bag at me; no apology, no thank you for my patience or my business. Definitely won't be returning to this location. Epic fail.
