Who cleans and closes the bathroom for the night, 2 hours before closing. They didn't allow access to the bathroom because it was just cleaned. When your lobby is still open. Chipotle does. When you have customers in your restaurant, you don't do that. Bad customer service and practices.

I have been to this Chipotle 3 times in the last month and all 3 times were unforgivably trashy experiences. The food is always under portioned, cold, and over salted. The staff are rude. Not to mention they always have the music so loud that no one can hear me place my order; I had to repeat it 3 times and they still got it wrong on two occasions.DO NOT GO HERE or to the east side location, Its worth travelling to the Sedona Chipotle for better portions and friendlier staff.

They skimp on the food like it’s coming out of their pay check. I should not have to ask for extra anything 5 times to get a normal amount of food. The food is not good enough to have to beg for more.

We came to eat dinner tonight. We ordered and got our food and drinks and were ready to sit down when we noticed the majority of tables were dirty. We looked at the seats and the floors and they were worse. There was rice all over the floor. The Place was very slow at the time and there were several workers standing behind the counter just talking and waiting for someone to come in. I asked if someone could come clean a table for us. They all looked irritated for me even asking. One young lady did get a rag and went to go "clean" off the tables. I put "clean" in quotation marks because she didn't use any kind of cleaner and she didn't even clean the tables. When she was done there was still small bits of food and stuck on parts that would require a couple seconds of scrubbing. After she was done she walked back to where she was before quickly and with an attitude. The food tasted good. The service and the atmosphere were horrible. I ended up cleaning the table and seat we sat at with a clorox wipe from my purse before we sat down to eat. I like the food at Chipotle but I don't know if I'll be going back to this location. It seems like too much of a bother for them to do their job which they didn't even do completely.
The staff at this location were so nice. Restaurant is clean and was conveniently located close to where we stayed. Our food tasted great and they did not skimp on the portion sizes like we’re use to back home.

Been going to chipotle for years. Sadly the flagstaff location doesn’t measure up. Katy time I was there the staff wasn’t very friendly except tjr guy that greeted us. They were waiting for the meat to be made and the staff just stood there letting the line pile up behind me when the cook had meat ready. The girl let my bowl sit there getting cold while waiting for the meat and looked really annoyed when I asked for a fresh bowl (I hate cold food). Then they were out of cheese. ??? Out of cheese? Really??? They were rude about it and had no sign posted or anything. No apology for the inconvenience. I got extra sour cream instead. I sat down to eat my food and it was so soupy. Not sure if it was because sour cream is runny or they gave me bottom of container beans that had way too much bean juice. Then as I ate my meal, I had more fat and gristle in my meat than I have ever. I was considering complaining but the staff were so unfriendly and appeared uncaring that I just left.I had come a few weeks before. The food was better but they had no iced tea and there was trash on the floor.Flagstaff chipotle, up your game please. I love chipotle but hesitant to go. Most pathetic customer service; it was empty when we went there but this white girl with glasses first threw kids platter in black beans container; no courtesy to replace it; then would make faces, and extremely rude when adding ingredients. Not chipotle standards; very disappointed ☹️. My kids love chipotle so would still go but service needs to get better; I am paying for food not getting for free.
