Food was cold and the meat was chewy. We don’t come to chipotle often so we didn’t know that most of the meat is spicy. My son couldn’t eat his meal because the meat was too spicy. The staff member helping us could have stated that it was spicy and given us a heads up. We spent $80. It wasn’t worth it. Won’t be coming back to this location and lesson learned ask ahead of time because clearly the staff doesn’t think to inform their customers.

We were hesitant to go to this location because of the review score but decided to give it a chance. This location is honestly amazing. It’s clean, people are friendly, portions are big, and service is fast. Ordered to go and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Ordered bowl with brown rice,black beans,new brisket,onion/pepper mix,sour cream,lettuce...it was so hot I barely ate half....went to counter employee laughed and said yes the new brisket is spicy. It wasn't the brisket....probably my last time to eat there!
