My wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant, and the service was not very good. I felt like we were an inconvenience. Our server acted annoyed that we were there and she was always in a hurry, which was surprising since we were the only customers in the place when she took our order. They even have a sign asking customers to be kind to the servers since they are "short staffed." The peanut sauce was more liquid than sauce, and the Udon was very salty.

The shrimp fried rice is so delicious.
We came back there more than 2 times.
I will recommend people to come here and try❤️

The food quality is really bad. They have the cheapest sauces and their pho doesn’t taste pho at all!!
I used to go there a lot but now it’s really bad.

I order 3 phos to go. I live out of town and we don’t have pho where I live. I didn’t want to cook dinner after a long business trip. I was very disappointed in all three plates. Very skimpy with everything. There was three think slices of beef for the beef pho. I should have walked out when the girl that was taking my order had a mouth full of food the whole time, but I gave it a chance. Won’t go back on my next trip

We are huge fans of pho. This place was a nice surprise. We were visiting from Glendale. The service was great, the pho excellent. We'll be back.

Kid-friendliness: Visited with a child. No kid's menu but reasonable price.

There are very friendly guys who work here and really tasty Pho, it is enough to get full by one plate, good choice to eat here when you are travelling and just driving through this city

I absolutely love this place! I love pho and tried to find amazing options and this place is my top favorite. The staff is wonderful and the place is always clean. My boyfriend and I usually get the 22 and 23 with a side of spring rolls (2) which is our go to dinner for cold nights and tasty cravings.

The service was great and everyone was super friendly and served me with a smile. Got food for my sick co worker and I and it instantly revived us. Food is amazing! Best pho in town.

We were attended quickly and kindly, the waitress took no time to bring us water and was patient to wait for us to choose our dishes, for us, we ate pho noodles and fried rice, both dishes were really good.

The place is clean and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I don't know if I went at the wrong time, but the broth was super concentrated cinnamon. I've never had so much cinnamon in a broth before. You could smell it like it was a hot tamale candy or a big red chewing gum. The cinnamon actually bled into the noodles, so while you put your head down and got a big wiff of cinnamon, you also got a mouthful of cinnamon. Total mood killer. The meat was tender and was the saving grace here. I tried to ask about the cinnamon, but the staff couldn't understand me and I gave up asking about it.

Also, $19 for the portion is really expensive.

Very unassuming appearance from the street but is actually a family owned and run with authentic dishes .
Love the Pho

I travel to Flagstaff often and crave pho as a Sunday recovery meal after a long night out before. I ordered the usual Pho Tai (rare steak) which is simple and straight to the point. I am Vietnamese, grew up in Orange County, and live in Vegas, so I am familiar with good pho. Both the pho and service were excellent. The location is very modern, and the shopping center is beautiful. I am happy to see a family-run Vietnamese restaurant in a city that does not have a Vietnamese enclave, and I will be back every time!
