My wife and I stopped here for a late breakfast. I think there were maybe 5 other people dining. The food was fine, and the coffee was about room temperature right out the gate. The reason for 3 stars was that the service was spotty with quite a few missed details. We both ordered eggs with cheese, French toast, and waters and received none of those. I'm not trying to seem critical but the waitress seemed more focused on chatting with her friends than anything.

There's no need to make reservations here at this restaurant as there are plenty of seats. The entire place had an atmosphere like Dennys, Ihop, and Friendlys. Our server was super friendly. I asked how something tasted,l and what was inside of it, and she brought over a sample for me to try. No one has ever done that from all the restaurants that I've been to before. I ordered the soup and salad combo. For the cup of soup, I got the chicken tortellini, which tasted a little bit like the Manhattan Clam chowder. I got the spicy Asian chicken salad, which was good. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Just felt like a diner style meal.

It was a great dining experience. It was very busy however the staff was able to seat us within 15 min. There was also ample seating to accommodate waiting patrons. Kudos to the staff and cooks for creating a great dining experience!
Food was fresh and great. The stuffed raspberry pancakes and omg they were the best ones I've ever tried! Can't wait to go back the next time we go to Flagstaff!

This was an unexpected change from the other Coco's as the service was excellent and the selection of offerings was in our favor. The place was right next to our hotel, walking distance. After a long day of driving we just wanted to relax, eat and be merry. Not very many people here, we were seated right away, drinks ordered and food order taken. Food, drinks and service unexpectedly outstanding Please keep this to yourself, don't want too many people discovering this hidden, overlooked hideout.
