I love that it's on NAU campus. The staff are friendly and attentive. I just wish they participated Einstein Bagel rewards. Oh well, the bagels were fresh and yummy.

Just ordered a cheese pizza bagel and it did not turn out the way it usually does. They put little to no pizza sauce on it, with barely any cheese.

This is for the Einsteins located in the Union at NAU. Workers are rude. They don't fully explain to you what your ordering and instead upsale your purchase when they can get away with it. Orders are sloppy and they hold up the line by gossiping with one another. Only go for the bagels when you have plenty of time to waste and don't even bother ordering coffee. It'll be just as costly as Starbucks without the quality.

The workers are always very nice and never keep you waiting ! It's quick and easy to eat easily in the morning they always have your bagel out quick !

The hours are wrong on maps and on their website. If you say your open a 5am then be open at 5, especially when it's below freezing outside.
