Tried to go in door was unlocked. They weren't open yet. The employee in charge was very rude. Don't go here rude employees and high prices

Dropped $60 on Coldstone for all the ingredients not to be mixed together, and it looked like it was just thrown in the bowl. Ended up re-mixing it myself at home. Had I known it would be a diy, I could have just baked a cake and threw some ice cream on it, smh.

Wouldn't take my coconino hs discount card. No explanation at all. Owner keeps dodging my calls. What a joke. I'd rather make my own ice cream then deal with this incompetent owner.

Incredible. I just love their ice cream!!! I don't know why someone leaves bad reviews, apparently they haven't tried ice cream in other places. But I have tried ice cream in different countries and places and this is definitely one of the best ice creams!!!!!

The team here is always friendly and they tackle their rushes pretty effectively. However, the last two times I went here they were cleaning during a rush. This is something they've got to do I recognize that, but the air was full of cleaner smell and irritated my throat. I'd recommend that moving forward this establishment should avoid using glass cleaner on the display glass if there are customers present. I'd also recommend cleaning the tables with something that doesn't aersolize so strongly, maybe just hot water and dish soap. Maybe some of this cleaning can wait til after closing or before opening, management give your staff time to do so if this is the issue.

Gotta have it was barely filled to the brim of the cup. I have been to other places that have the cup over flowing with ice cream. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here when driving through Flagstaff. Wasn’t mixed well either.

The ice cream is good. The ingredients are good. But the quantities of mix ins in my “gotta have it” waffle cone was sad. Hadn’t been to cold stone in a long time. Wont be back. $12 dollars for a waffle cone and there was so little brownie it was pitiful. I PROMISE your waffle cone wont look like the pictures. 1/2 as much ice cream, 1/4 of the mixers.

Was sitting eating my ice cream, which was great as always, when an elderly gentleman came in. The cashier was awesome with him, knew exactly what he wanted, had a short conversation while making his order and then walked him out to his car. Great customer service!
