While waiting for an Amtrak train at the station across street from this restaurant, I spent $50 on dinner and drinks. Since my wait was multiple hours, I left and walked around the downtown for a bit. Upon returning, I was refused admission due to my travel bag. Explaining the train wait, a shrug and "that's our policy" was all I got. Sure wish I'd invested in dinner else.where

Looking for a cool spot to unwind? Look no further! With top-notch service and bomb fish and chips, this place is a must-visit. Don't miss out on their French dip—it's delicious! And for a little fun try their Irish trashcan and Irish carbomb cocktails. Cheers to a great night out!"

Love the Guinness but not the plastic pint cup. Had the corned beef and cabbage served in a soup bowl with a lot of broth cabbage and not even a half slice of corned beef and only half of a small potato served with slice of marbled rye with no butter.Guess you never heard of Irish soda bread. All that for$18 Not my kind of meal for St Patrick's Day.

So I'm between a 4 and 5 stars so rounding up. I had the rueben and it was good, no complaints at all. The atmosphere is not what I expect from most Irish pubs but you have to cater to the audience and they were busy so I can't fault them for an irish/sports bar mix. I would have liked a larger whiskey selection, but I've also never been to Ireland so I don't know if whiskey is as big of a deal as our American worldview says.

Maybe one of the worst Guinness' I've had - but what can I expect this far from Ireland.Everything else was really great though, the food, the other drinks, the staff. The atmosphere is really nice too and the location couldn't be better.Overall, order anything BUT Guinness ?

We for a quick bite after a long day. 7-8 items that you would find at a real Irish Pub. Service not so good, food ok - not great. When the check came there was a 5% service charge on the bill for my wife & myself. I thought they assumed I was paying with a card - I alway pay in cash. When I questioned it I was told the minimum wage went up and rather than increasing the price of food they charge 5% on the entire bill. I question what is the difference. Manage your place without stealing money from your customers. I am guessing this is illegal as there was no mention of this on the menu, on the table or from our server. I agreed to printed price without knowledge of a service charge. Only a few dollars but clearly a shakedown. I would hope they change this policy as it would never fly in other markets. I travel 100+ days each year- this is a first. Complete nonsense. Would not recommend - try across the street.

When the waitress walks by you for 15 minutes refusing to acknowledge you the service is GARBAGE. Not a good first impression.

Can’t speak on the food. Two beers served in what felt like 12 oz plastic cups for $17.

First of all, I have to say. I'm very disappointed for an irish pub I expected a decent irish whiskey selection.Instead I gotta cheap attempt. At a sports bar with a bit of an irish feel. It's quite the Spot to get drunk sloppy drunk with a bunch of college kids.

What's with the slapped on 5% surcharge? And asking if my wife wanted her choice of biscuits or garlic bread with her entre, and then charging us for it? Sorry, you need to do lots better. I am in the TOP TEN PERCENT of Google restaurant reviewers. My reviews have IMPACT, Bud.
