We dined here and left a 15% tip, which is a standard and respectful gratuity. Unfortunately, our waitress expressed dissatisfaction with the amount, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the food was amazing, the service experience was disappointing due to this interaction. Tipping should be appreciated, not expected at a specific percentage.
We hope management addresses this, as customers should never be made to feel judged or pressured over a tip.
Fantastic food and service! If you have dietary restrictions call ahead for best service. We called a couple days ahead and they prepared and saved two allergy friendly pasties for my son for the two nights we were in town. They make fresh pasties daily but they do run out sometimes and they can’t do custom orders on the spot. They accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and allergies extremely well. This place was amazing. Jade was so sweet, his happiness was infectious. He made our drinks just the way we wanted them (not sweet). The pasties are delicious. I would of loved it if they had a sampler option. We can't wait to eat there again
