worst experience ever at a Cracker Barrel. Waited 20 minutes to be waited on at table. Server didn't know she was assigned to our table. Another 20 minutes to get our food. Hot food was served cold. Tried to overcharge on our bill; had to have it corrected twice. Lady at front counter could barely speak English. Talked with a manager, but he seemed indifferent to our concerns. We have always loved CB but likely will never go back; at least not to this one.
We always stop at Cracker Barrel, especially when traveling! We love the food and love to shop.��
Ordered the Old Timer Breakfast with "Thick Cut Bacon" and toast. The bacon was paper thin, so I called the waiter over and told him that I ordered the "Thick Cut Bacon". His answer, "that's our bacon."
We noticed or table didn't have any jellies or jams, so we requested some only to be told, "we don't have any. We ran out and the order hasn't come in yet."
Poor management is the most likely cause of this. False advertising on the Bacon and failure to keep products...read full review
