Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The experience was kind of bad the guy was kind of passive aggressive when we order and even my food was bad since I found eggshells on my food

First time back after several months. Food still delicious.

The absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had anywhere in the world.

I first want to thank the staff who was working on Thanksgiving. We were traveling through the area and needed somewhere to eat dinner on the holiday. It seemed like the kitchen had run out of half of the, already limited, menu. On top of that when the food came out the edges of the Turkey were cold and the supposed Sweet Potato Casserole with pecans and brown sugar had neither in it. It was orange slop. Heard the kitchen runs out of food normally and this was not unique to Thanksgiving day. Cracker Barrel needs to either close this location or bring in totally new management before their brand is further hurt. I was told, in no uncertain terms, our family will never be eating at a Cracker Barrel again.

We ordered from this CB through Instacart and not only was the order late because the restaurant didn’t get it done in time they didn’t give us our whole order nor did they staple the bag.
I was supposed to receive bread with my order then I also ordered extra and they didn’t give it to me. Gave me my jellies and my apple butter but absolutely no bread.
Poor service
CB you need to do better.
What am I supposed to do with jellies and apple butter and no bread? Ridiculous!!

Nice place. We had meatloaft, chicken & dumplings, and a grilled cheese kid's sandwich. We wish there were more meal options, but other than that is was pretty good and fun. We really enjoyed the gift shop. Thank you.

Do not waste your time at this Cracker Barrel wasted 30 minutes for a seat which was fine was sat at a table with spilled drinks under it figured they would come clean it up that never happened waited for 45 minutes for our food only for it to be cold so cold the butter would not melt then when we asked to speak to a manager we waited for 20 minutes multiple calls for a manager and still no manager so I happily walked to the back of the house to find her sitting in her office doing nothing would not advise going here McDonald’s is higher quality

Used this catering service for Thanksgiving to feed Groome Transportation Employees. Order was ready and hot at pick up time. Food was great and our employees were very ha[[y with the meal. Felicia the manager was great to work with and I highly recommend Cracker Barrel, Flagstaff.

The atmosphere was still pretty good. Ordered our breakfast. It was on a limited menu because it was the day before Thanksgiving and I was looking forward to having hashbrown casserole. They give you a tablespoon of hash brown casserole. Pancakes are so dense. You couldn't even cut them and the sausage tasted horrible. On a good note, service was fabulous and the atmosphere is just like the old cracker barrel. The food leaves a lot to be desired

First and last time in a Cracker Barrel.
In-laws love going there so thought we’d give it a try. Got a really dirty fork in my set - not a big deal, it happens (even if it shouldn’t). They got me a new one. Ordered chicken with steamed broccoli and rice. The broccoli was literally brought out on the plate raw! First chicken breast was ok, second was hard and totally inedible - not sure what they did to it! My son didn’t get either of his sides, she initially brought him the wrong side, apologized and took it back, then returned with it after going to the kitchen saying it was what he ordered. She took the order! It definitely wasn’t what he’d ordered. Couldn’t be bothered to ask for what he had ordered at that point. It was a lost cause.

Had to go somewhere else for food on the way home. Not sure why this place is rated so well. We had a terrible experience.

Yeah we waited 30 minutes to be seated and waited over an hour to be served our food just for medicine, stale food AND chicken was overcooked to the brittle bone.

Worst experience in my life! We waited over an hour and our food never came to our table. We just walked away. We have never had such a horrible experience as we always go to the one in Chandler AZ which is way busier than this one. Never again!

This is the Best Cracker Barrel in Arizona hands down! I have been to a lot of Cracker Barrel’s in multiple states and multiple in Arizona and this location Easily is my favorite the food, service and atmosphere are amazing I want to shout out my servers Lucas , also Mia they were amazing really good at their job and even convinced me to get take home meals to enjoy which I never regret for 6$! Thank you Cracker Barrel of Flagstaff you guys rock! Oh Michelle the manager is great too she manages her team well!
