We ordered 3 sandwiches and the turkey, bacon, avocado had very bad lettuce in it and the turkey tasted bad as well. I hope this doesn't mean the quality of their sandwiches is going downhill!

You all are a gem. Glad you've continued to make it through the years. Your sandwiches are the best! And working here back in college was SO Fun! For those that haven't eaten here, do your self a favor, order the Grand Rapids, add walnuts, light mayo/spicy mustard. So gooooood.

Definitely an excellent place to eat a really good sandwich and cry because your father passed away. They are happy to make substitutions or modifications to your sandwich. The napkins are very absorbent for wiping tears. The prices are good, especially for the size of the sandwich. The bathroom is fairly soundproof, so people can't hear your sobs. They have a wonderful selection of beers. And beer makes the sads go away. My one small complaint is that the noodle salad had a bit too much mayo for my taste. But, you should try it for yourself!

While the interior could use some updating, this is still one of the best sandwich shops in Flag. The bread is FANTASTIC and the ingredients are generous. A half sandwich is more than enough for the average person!Dietary restrictions: If you are lactose-intolerant and ask for "no cheese," they actually listen!!!
They can not keep track of which customer to serve next. I was there with three friends, all of us in line. My friends placed their order, the person behind the counter asked me to wait a second while she poured a beer for another customer and called out someone else's order, which was fine but then another customer came up to the counter and she asked if they had been helped. They said no, and she took their order and just ignored me. I went and sat down with my friends while they ate. I'm not going back.

Every time I visit Flagstaff, it's a must to stop at Crystal Creek Sandwich Company. There is nothing like their veggie sandwiches and I'm not even a vegetarian! They aren't skimpy with the toppings, I love their use of nuts as a topping. The restaurant is simple, lots of seating and very close to campus! The service is quick and friendly. I'm already craving another sandwich!

So this place was a disappointment in all areas - food, service, atmosphere. We were passing through Flagstaff, and were lured by the good reviews, and wanted to try something other than a chain. We had the BLT with avocado, Turkey w/avocado, and Turkey w/bacon & avocado, and they were all mediocre. Bread could have been baked more, sandwiches weren't made to our order, and were chock full of lettuce and little else. Frustratingly, Jimmy Johns and Chick-Fil-A were across the street and making us regret our decision. Atmosphere is run down, and the staff seemed annoyed when we asked for the right ingredients to be put on one of our subs. Look elsewhere for a decent sandwich.
