We went through the drive through to pick up a very simple order. A hard taco 3 soft tacos, a Taco del carbon, and a tostada and the shells of the soft tacos were completely hard and stale. Unchewable unless you would like to break your teeth. To my surprise, because I did not know it possible to serve hard tacos that are just as stale and disgusting!! Since we ordered drive thru and didnt stop to eat, we figured out the tostada was the only thing edible, the rest were trash down the road. I called once we got to our hotel and asked if we could have the order replaced, but tomorrow if we could, bc we were settled in the for the night. The manager then thought her best action was to just hang up on me. Well, all I can say is "I hope you spend the rest of your life taking peoples orders while they complain about your pathetic service which reminds you of your pathetic inablity to perform a task as simple as preparing a soft taco with a rock hard stale shell. Thanks Darwin, youve proven she is exactly where she belongs.

The food was horrible, I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a bean and cheese burrito and french fries I asked for fresh ones she gave me cold and hard fries. They weren’t even busy. And they forgot to give me two I only got one!!! I will never go back it used to be one of my
My husbands fav eating fast food place. We dont have one in Cottonwood..wish we did. It's about 60 miles to one in Flagstaff or Prescott. Got the breakfast rollers. I found them dry but my husband loves them. It was clean and quick service at 10:00.

Food was ok but they packed my entire order in one bag so I ask the server if everything was in the bag and they said yes its all there but they forgot my 4pcs cheesecake bites that I paid for. I'm sure it wouldn't be ok for me to take food I didn't pay for but its crazy to me how its always ok for the staff to forget your items as if it was somehow free. So now I'm out that money cause I can't go back. Plus Avocado on carne asada fríes was really old and dark definitely not edible.
