Management at this location is terrible. The are constantly understaffed. You can be the only person in line and it will still take 15+ minutes to get chili fries. Ridiculous.
I tried the other Del Taco in town and it was terrible everything. The food always comes out cold so I decided to try this one and the same issues are present. My food is straight up cold. Not room temperature, not hot, just cold. I’m done with Del Taco in Flagstaff
DelTaco has completely tanked since Jack in thr box took them over. The food is just sad!
The chicken tacos were delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful
Play place. Clean. Bright. Friendly..
Overall ok for a fast stop or drive thru, but the inside was severely lacking. The bathroom was filthy; one of the two stalls was out of order and the other had a loose seat that was hanging on by a thread and barely usable. The sinks are low enough for use but the soaps are too high up and borderline inaccessible. The lobby was very dirty, but passable if you don’t look too closely. They offer a play place for children, but it was closed when we arrived.
After repeating the order three times it was still wrong all the way around, wanted to see the food they messed up, dug around in the bag and threw our other food away and then try to charge me for the garbage they gave us again.
Pretty good tacos. Good crew working when I was there.
We ordered 3 hard shell tacos (only got 2 of them), fries that were a bit cold, a combo burrito and 2 green burritos burritos were not marked to know which were which the green burrito tasted like the beans were old and the green sauce was at very bottom of burrito not all through it so last couple of bits was only green sauce
We live in pa and this is the 1st time we've gone west, and we got just 2 milkshakes, and maybe this is just an Arizona thing but they asked us if we wanted hot sauce with them, is this something we should try????

I always liked Del Taco. I wish we had one in Payson.
Amazing place.
Look forward to Del Taco every time I travel West!
My first Del Taco experience was disappointing. The food was over-salted, the tacos were sloppily made and tiny (finished the tacos in two bites). I feel that no attention was paid to my order as we had 16 hot sauce packets shoved into the bag with our short order, as if they were in a rush. However, I found out that it wasn't the case, because while eating my salty food a few minutes later, I watched one of the two night employees scroll on his phone.
Service was great and restaurant was exceptionally clean.
