Family came in for breakfast Monday morning. We were greeted right away and seated. The manager got our drink order as the server in the section we were seated in was busy delivering food to her othee table. She took our order. Food came out hot and was delicious. Christina did an amazing job and took time to check on us multiple times. BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGER MICHELLE AND HER AMAZING STAFF.

Its was a busy Monday morning , but the staff and manager did a awesome job making sure all the guest were taking care of.. The restaurant was clean and our Server Ana made sure to check on us.

Christina was awesome! I observed her with another table. She had a few guests that tried all they could to “push buttons” yet she remained calm, cool and continued her great service. She is an exceptional server with her warm smile and hospitality.

The food was good, however, the service was okay and cleanliness was horrid. We were a party of three waiting there for a good fifteen minutes without anyone greeting us nor being at the front. When seated by the hostess who looked bother to even sit us down we waited another good fifteen minutes before anyone even came to help us at least to get drinks and the waitress had passed our table around five times already. The waitress was friendly however, seemed very overwhelmed with the tables and seemed to be one of the two waitresses working. The cleanliness of this restaurant is horrible and makes me wonder how it’s still running. The tables were dirty with multiple still needing to be picked up dishes and such which I understand if they’re short staffed however, the floors and bathroom were also terrible. There was no toilet paper, dirty toilets, dirty mirrors and dirty floors in there as well. The floor throughout the restaurant was also very dirty and noticeable. Also, when I got my coffee as well as my party got theirs the coffee mugs were filthy. I ended up finding on my mug lipstick residue which I do not wear lipstick at all, I will occasionally wear chapstick however, it’s never tinted and wasn’t wearing any today so I know that was NOT mine. Very disgusted after that to even ask for another coffee. The utensils were also very dirty, the spoon and knife had residue on them as well. I would have left if it weren’t for my party being the one to choose the restaurant and out of courtesy I did not. But I DO NOT recommend this restaurant at all. Very disgusting and the servers deserve more than this environment.

The server was extremely rude. We are a group of Irish men visiting the states. He insulted us for seating ourselves. We didn’t realise we needed to wait. He continued to state that “we disturbed the flow of the restaurant” by seating ourselves. And that “apparently you can sit wherever you like”. When we tried to relocate he then guilt trip at us to stay where we are. We decided it was best to remove ourselves from restaurant.
We came to eat here, dining area was not full at all and we waited for 10 minute. No one acknowledged us not even the lady who came to check out leaving customers. We eventually asked if we just seat ourselves and the lady said no and walked away. She could have told us she would be right with us or at the very least ask to acknowledge us.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast, and while the food was okay, the service left much to be desired. Upon entering, we were left waiting for 10 minutes before being seated, as the hostess was engaged in conversation with other staff near the back tables.
Once we ordered, our food sat out for quite some time, resulting in it being cold upon arrival at our table. To make matters worse, our waitress was largely absent, and we had to resort to going to the pickup window to get assistance.
Overall, the poor service overshadowed the average food quality, and I wouldn't recommend this place for breakfast.
