Me and my friends always get food here late at night. Joel is our favorite server and he is immaculate! Always makes pleasant conversation and is a delight to have around. Today he went out of his way to make sure we had drinks even though he'd just gone off to break before we arrived. It's this kind of service that keeps us coming back!!

Tables still had dirty dishes from previous customers, waiter only showed herself to get our order and to serve. The woman in the Halloween jacket gave us the check, a gentleman wearing a kitchen uniform was helping us pay while serving a table to the side. System crashed and the same woman who gave us the check fixed it.

You need to hire people, your service is slow. Servers don’t strategize their work, they are all over the place accept your table. No wonder your restaurants are going under.

The server Ruth was so rude. Didn't appreciate how rude she was, didn't bother to give us silverware after our food came to us. I had to get up and get silverware myself from a box next to the cashier table. She was nice and friendly to other 2 families in the restaurant but for us she never came back to check in us and her lazy and rude attitude was not appreciated. Felt racist at times. The manager at that time was not helpful. She would just walk around and hide in the kitchen area. She could see we were waiting for services and neither of them bothered to help. Even when getting up to pay both of them saw me at the register and still made me wait for 10 min standing there to be able to pay my check. Never had experienced such a terrible service from any restaurant, and uch shame it came from Denny's, which is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast. Rest assured I will never go back to this Dennys location at all. I recommend no one even consider stopping at this place. There is an IHOP close by and I'm sure its much better than this place.

The worst service slow 1hr waiting and missing plates
We waited over 30 minutes, nobody else waiting, but couldn't get seated. They told us twice they were clearing a table and we sit, although there were open tables everywhere. Others came in and left after waiting a long time. Eventually we gave up and left also. This was completely ridiculous and we will never go there again.

There are a couple servers that work hard and care but they’re having to keep it together with servers, cooks and bussers that don’t care. Orders are wrong, tables aren’t bussed, cooking is lazy or don’t care, no greeting and servers look like they hate their job. Two of the older servers are keeping the place going. Even with discount coupons, I can’t go there anymore.

We’ve been to this Denny’s many times. It’s a convenient stop in Flagstaff and you know what to expect. They’re frequently busy and might have been a little understaffed when we recently visited, but the staff who was there were all nice. Cynthia took good care of us. A little patience goes a long way, and the food is always what you expect from Denny’s: it’s good, you’ll be full, and if you have kids they’ll be happy.
