I never write reviews like this, but our experience at this restaurant was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional from start to finish. Our party of 15 was the only group in the entire restaurant, yet the service was shockingly terrible. It took our server an hour just to bring our drinks, which is beyond ridiculous.
When our food finally arrived, the disaster only got worse. The wings were burnt to a crisp, the chicken fried steak pancakes were barely edible, and the fries were soggy and lifeless. I still can’t wrap my head around how they managed to burn mashed potatoes — seriously, how do you even do that? To top it off, the sirloin steak came out practically raw, with blood still pooling on the plate. We sent it back, expecting a quick fix, but no — every single food item took an hour to be remade. An hour!
And as if that wasn’t bad enough, when our food finally came back, our server claimed she couldn’t “find” the sauces we asked for. How do you not have basic sauces for such a simple meal? The whole experience was a complete nightmare and made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff by simply dining there.
This place was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. We left not only hungry but also deeply frustrated. I strongly advise anyone thinking of coming here to reconsider — it’s not worth the wait or the terrible service.

To make matters worse, the total bill came to over $300 — for what exactly? Non-edible, disgusting food and some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. And if that wasn’t bad enough, they had the nerve to slap on a mandatory 20% tip. Seriously? After such an awful experience, being forced to pay extra for terrible service is beyond insulting. This was a complete disaster from start to finish, and I can’t imagine anyone wasting their time or money here.

We came in here for lunch after a soccer game the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. I have no complaints about that. The food however was disgusting. I had the platter which did not look like anything like the picture in the menu my spouse had the red white and berry meal which also did not come out looking like the picture. His eggs are supposed to be sunny side up. The egg whites were raw. We understand it’s still supposed to be runny, but not that runny immediately made both of our stomachs hurt we ended up getting two to go boxes and leaving paying $41 for food that We are not even going to eat. Don’t bother coming here. This place sucks.

However good or bad you think Denny's is Lower the expectations by a factor of 10. Once I noticed the dirty tables I probably should have got up and walked out but I assume that being off the highway they're probably really busy little while ago. Unfortunately after I ordered my food I realized I was completely wrong I asked for French fries with my food. I got a side of rice the rice. I don't know how you can mess the rice as bad as it was. When I mention it to the waiter he said 'ok'? I did ask for a refill which sure never got it. I did ask for a side salad when I first sit down and about 30% of it was wilted lettuce and you know that over right tomato mushy yeah that's what I got two week old salad. The guy in charge so that the counter playing on his phone. and the prices did not meet the menu to the receipt. I ended up paying $28 for what should have been per menu price 18. Plus tax. Course when I mentioned this it was we ate it but I didn't it was still sitting on the table 75% or more there save yourself some time and money go anywhere else. Either Denny's corporate or the state should shut them down. @Denny's
