This is the worst service I have ever experienced. People who work there are freaking rude. Especially the manager. The coffee was cold, they took forever to bring our food and it was not what I asked for. Definitely worst worst service.

Local to Flag, haven’t been to this location in over 3 yrs. Last time I was here it was the worst experience my family and I have had. From the food to the service it was all bad.FAST FORWARD TO 2024!We were in a hurry needing to do some errands before the next storm hits and thought we would give it another chance since we were close by. Glad we did!! The vibe is sooo much better, the food was really good. The service we received by FABIAN G. Was absolutely outstanding. We will be coming back again soon.

We stopped in for breakfast and it was great! We didn’t have to wait, we was seated immediately and our waitress Amanda was very attentive and took great care of us ! The food was hot and delicious ! I definitely recommend coming here for a great meal. Thank you so much for going above and beyond making sure we got everything we ordered. We even had enough to bring back to have for later on ! Mmm so good !

I stood at the guest booth for about 5 minutes before I got a "hello". I wasn't aware that Dennys had overnight karaoke. It's really bad when I have "in-ear" monitors and I can't hear what I'm listening to, while the stereo is jacked up so much that I can hear near the back right next to ⁸the fire exit. I wish google would put in a video option so yall could hear what I'm having to deal with. I'm no country music lover, but the taste of the folks here is really bad, and it's honestly getting me upset. If your music is bleeding into the front of the house, it's TOO LOUD! Extremely unprofessional. If I wasn't so hungry I'd step out and take my chances at IHOP on rt. 66. And I almost forgot they sat me near the back of the restaurant with a poorly wiped down table. I'm glad I'm wearing a long sleeved sweater( that I'm going to have to wash later, thanks Dennys?!??) wow. Server SAT down at my table to get the order. Just when I thought I couldn't be surprised by more bad behavior.....WILL post pics of food and let yall judge for yourselves if this place is worth it or notWheelchair accessibility: They have a couple booths that you can move the chairs for wheelchair access. Wide aisles to accommodate wheelchairs.
