Weekly eggs bennidict , not on the regular menu but nice to have once a week. Breakfast is always good anyways.

We went on 11-22-19 in the evening. The staff were friendly and attentive at this location. They messed up our order but made it right. The food was good. I didn't feel rushed. It actually took forever to get the bill. Everything was fine UNTIL we went to check out and pay. There was a younger man with brown hair & light eyes who asked if we wanted to make a donation. My boyfriend said not today. So the cashier was rude and said, I always make a donation so they don't question it and he continued to talk like he was upset about us not donating. There was another younger male employee with him with dark hair that was making disappointed faces at us too. We have made plenty of donations in the past at different places and have helped homeless people from time to time. We actually prefer to donate to animal shelters. Everywhere you go people are asking you for donations. That's fine but train your employees not to judge people and be rude if they choose not to donate that time around. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if this didn't happen.

Awful, awful, awful and getting worse. I had stopped going because the service had gotten so bad. I tried one more time. Nope, service was slow with their bare minimum staffing, rare coffee refills (had to ask) and my omelette was cold. The cheese inside wasn't even melted. Last time for me...this time, for sure.

Went in on Saturday evening to have dinner with my family and I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was. When I go into a restaurant it’s nice to see a manager not only out talking to customers but talking to their employees and encouraging them. Our food was delicious and the service was great. My father served in the military and as we were leaving the manager stopped my father and thanked him for his service and made it a point to open the door for us. Not a lot of people now days do things like that and it made my fathers entire night. We will be coming back here in the near future.

Poor service, rude employees, tried communicating with the manager but she acted the same way, I will never take my family or my friends or recommend this diner EVER again! Maybe until they get a much nicer manager with experience, that knows how to handle customer issues and act more concerned, I might be back, I always came to that diner, I had company meetings there BUT it only took one time to be rude to me to when I tried addressing an issue, instead the manager was disrespectful! I've had mosquitoes in my coffee there and I still came back, but since the manager wants to be rude and not help situate an issue with a paying customer, no thanks

Horrible. We waited a little over an hour four our food. Coffee was never refilled, we had to ask what's taking long and to top it off, the server or a manager did t attempt an apology for delayed service. I left no tip very disappointed and our bill was 70+ ..

It's a great diner, I love it, I never ate better fries or a better burger! The server are really nice and helpfu, I wish dennys would be in Germany too! ❤️

Reliable chain for American food, open late. Bottomless drinks and coffee, fast service, good selection of dishes. Breakfast all day. Clean facilities. Free parking.

Clean restaurant in Flagstaff Mall. Fast and friendly service. Large portions and reasonably priced. Lost star for noise level from kitchen. 2 seating areas and everyone was seated closest to the kitchen. Very disruptive
