This is not the fault of the people working there, they’re aware of it, but corporate won’t let them update that, according to an employee. (Crumbl corporate is ridiculously strict on every. single. little. thing.) Some of the recent bad reviews are from people who accidentally fell into that hour gap. This is a corporate problem, please don’t take it out on the poor employees. Just be cognizant when you place an order.“

They have a quality product that looks and tastes home made. If you are looking for something unique to Flagstaff that is not mass produced, this place is for you! We will be back for more.“
