The kitchen seems to be afraid of using salt. Service was great, no complaints there. And it was a cool space, we sat at the nice outside tables. Unfortunately for being a specialty burger restaurant, the burger was very disappointing.

The English muffin was a nice touch, but the burger was completely unsalted, and tasted so bland, which was made worse by the fact that the patty was about an inch thick, every bite was just a big mouthful of flavorless beef with a hint of good taste from the toppings (which were quite good, but unfortunately we're too thin to make up for the massive flavorless beef hunk).

The chimi-churri was also very lacking in flavor, needed much more vinegar or at the very least some salt to be a good condiment for fries.

The food could've been great, but they really missed the mark with the salt. Which should be the most basic ingredient when cooking meat (or any food for that matter). If anyone from the restaurant is reading this, it should be an easy fix! Unfortunately what I had was very bland and disappointing food, especially for an $18 burger.

Very good burger. So good that you don't need the tomatoes or pickles on them. Little pricey but that is downtown Flagstaff for ya. Very small place but good vibe. Local favorite for a reason.

Mouth watering, juicy and savory, made to perfect. The fries are amazing as well. I recommend being patient. Small and quaint. I will be back.

Diablo Burger continues to be the best burger I've had and the fries are excellent. Friendly service, great food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Small indoors but a large patio with plenty of tables. You can't go wrong with blackening spice and hot honey mustard.

This burger is amazing! I had the Marilyn burger and it's one of the top three burgers I've ever had. It's super cozy, the staff is super friendly, and it's right in the center of the old town, so it's a really nice place to be. I'll definitely try the other burgers. Highly recommended 👌

Place is extremely small. Have to order before you sit down. Can’t sit down lol place is a mess for what it’s worth I would never go again. What am I supposed to do stand there with my burger and wait for someone to get up? How awkward and uncomfortable

This place was delicious! The burgers were so juicy. They do have GF buns available that taste good and don’t crumble. Also their fries are in a dedicated GF fryer. Highly recommend!

I can't visit Flagstaff and not stop at Diablo Burger. I love their unique style of using an English muffin for the buns and their beef is always cooked to a perfect medium-rare.

9/10 burger! If the burger was just a bit larger or priced just a bit lower, this would be a 10/10
