We used to love this place. My husband and I and our friends have been coming here for years and always loved it. The last couple of times we have been in we have had to deal with Maddy (who our server says is the new manager) and she is horribly rude! She clearly doesn't care about the customer. We had issues with our food the last 2 visits (cold food that was supposed to be hot) and when we brought it to her attention, we were this by Maddy that "the food was fine and if we didn't like it maybe we should go somewhere else "! We were stunned! And it wasn't just a bad day, seems like she is in over her head, can't handle the stress and has no experience dealing with customers. We will never be back!

Well, what a stinking attitude towards someone who’s gonna spend $70-100 !I’m in a small camper van which takes a single parking space, tha sam size as a truck.I won’t drink and drive so I politely asked the duty manager if I’d be okay having drinks and food then putting my head down in their car park… in a rather patronising tone the answer came back “ahhh no, probably not”So, I should go and spend my money at Craker Barrel down the road? I asked“Yeah, what every”Arrogance beyond belief.

We were in Flagstaff and wanted something different than the usual and we happily found it. The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious and generous proportions and the atmosphere upbeat. We enjoyed our lunch very much and will definitely be going back in the future.

Got sick on the calamari I had there and the one big problem I have there is the server Wouldn't stop trying to get my husbands number. That's so unprofessional of your wait staff.. This was my first experience here in Flagstaff to come see my husband at work..

Cool little hag out. I love that they have a sports bar side and a diner side of you want to escape the noise. They have pool tables, $5 for 6 games. Went there for dinner and breakfast, great customer service both times.Vegetarian options: Impossible meat available.

Stopped in here for two dinners and a UFC fight. The rueben sandwich was amazing, however the sirloin steak came out overcooked. We asked for rare, and it came out medium-well.Overall the experience was wonderful, thank you!!
My wife and I got snowed in and wound up trekking over to the Dirty Birdies Sports Bar. I am glad that we went. I ordered the Nashville Crispy Chicken Sandwhich. It was amazing. I'd definitely go back. The atmosphere was great and people were fun.

Dirty Birdies Sports Bar & Grill in Flagstaff is definitely one of the best places in town for the avid sports watcher. They have all of the fights, football, hockey, baseball, soccer, and even rodeo! The ladies behind the bar are fantastic! They’re always on top of refills, food options and song recommendations for the jukebox! Whether you’re an early bird or night owl, they have you covered with their full menu options all day. Nadine usually in the mornings is always talkative and friendly! Analise at the bar in the afternoon is just as awesome! By the time we left we felt that we were honestly and sincerely cared for, not only as customers but, as close friends
This place was unexpectedly AWESOME! We had a long day and were so hungry. Came in to sit at the bar, Karla greeted us with a prompt smile and got our thirsts quenched and tummies full. Paul, the manager, came around numerous times to check and see if everything was ok. We wanted to watch Daytona 500 which was on. Just a great vibe place, great food, great service! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

The food was great. The establishment isn't anything amazing but the food makes up for it. Everything we ate was great. So why the 3 stars versus 5 stars? Integrity ?.The owner puts a tiny sign outside that isn't obvious that states he will add a surcharge to your meal because of recent minimum wage increases. This was not transparent. I'm assuming that is why the sign is small and inconspicuous. Instead you find out after you get the bill. Even the servers are frustrated by this policy. It causes a lot of customers to be upset and not give a tip. It's important to know the servers do not get any of that money, give them a tip.An owner with integrity would just raise the prices. The food is good enough to support a price increase. Increase in minimum wage is killing restaurants, I get it. However the right thing to do is to increase your prices so it's transparent, not tack on a charge that you leave a little note outside your doors about that no one sees; but instead you find out when you get the bill. It's wrong!***Update: Any restaurant or business that takes the time to respond at least cares about feedback and I have to recognize that. I've increased to 4 stars, as it is deserved, since you are committed to customer satisfaction. I hope you do consider revising your policy or make it very obvious. Your food is unbelievably good, and your servers are very nice and kind. It was very difficult to even give you 3 stars, but the unexpected charge seemed very deceiving. Thank you for acknowledging the concern we had. Thank you very much.
