If I could I would give a minus 5 stars. Five kids behind the counter chatting away. One person doing everything. Didn't understand what I ordered. I paid for extra cheese. Didn't have enough cheese on it to feed a baby. The steak was dried out/burnt. Not enough meat. Crust was not pan style and very dried out. Got a perfect pizza 2 weeks ago . I guess they need a manager watching over them. Got a refund after they screwed up the second pizza.

We were visiting Flagstaff and stopped here when our original dinner plans fell through. We purchased a medium pizza and garlic knots which cost $26. The pizza and knotts were DRIPPING grease. We were only able to eat half and tossed the rest. I was up for hours with reflux from the excessive oil. We've never had this from our hometown Domino's.
I love this place. They even have seating inside (THAK YOU DOMINOS!!) . It's not fine dining by any means, but they do what they do best....and it's consistent. That alone will keep my family and I happy. This one and the one on 7th Avenue are awesome places to go and enjoy some good comfort food. One small thing and it's not even that big....more drink options????

The staff at this Dominos location is fantastic! Admittedly, they made our pizza wrong the 1st time, but they caught the error and remade it before we left... sent us with both pizzas, and we found a man who hadn't eaten and gave him the extra... it was a win-win! Mistakes happen, whatever... how they handled it made all the difference!
