I've never need to a location that is so unhappy. Your employee that is male is works the drive through is by far the most unhappy person I have ever talked to and clearly doesn't want people coming and spending money at your location.

This franchise should be embarrassed for its incompetence. We ordered two dozen donuts and some boxed coffee for a birthday party for 9am pick up the next day. We show up at 9:10 to be told it wasn’t ready yet, so we wait and also order two drinks and breakfast sandwiches for ourselves in the meantime. They give us only one dozen donuts and tell us they don’t have any containers so they can’t make the coffee. We’re getting frustrated at this point, now asking them to complete the second dozen donuts while calling Starbucks to see if they can save the day. We finally get our two dozen donuts by 9:30am, already running late to our own party, and we leave without having received our drinks/breakfasts! We don’t even turn around at this point because what a waste of our time this was!

The drive through employee was very very rude, the manager stepped in because he stated we weren’t moving fast enough. The coffee tasted terrible. Don’t go here unless you want your day ruined by 9am sharp.

Everytime I come here.. always a rude experience. Good thing they have other coffee shops.. Time to go elsewhere. They get 2 stars because coffee is good.

We have been going here since it has opened. The last few months it has been inconsistent as one week the frozen drink machine is broken, then the next week it is broken, then the next week it is being cleaned. We believe that the crew on Sundays just don't want to make the frozen drinks. We have had great service and product from their but the inconsistency is annoying , we had to go to Starbucks again. Maybe they should hire people who want to work and make customer service a priority again.

When their ice machine is down they don’t get ice and just hand you half full cups without ice. Someone use your brains and go buy ice from the store. You serve iced items and tell your customers when they order.

went through the drive-thru and ordered two drinks, but unfortunately, both were made incorrectly. I’m from out of town and get this coffee daily at my local location, so I know how it should taste. While passing through Flagstaff, I stopped to order a Caramel Craze, but it ended up tasting like plain coffee with creamer completely lacking the expected flavor.

I went back and let the employee know that the drink seemed to be missing the flavor entirely. She initially offered to bring the drink back and just add the flavoring, which I found unsanitary. She then offered to remake it. The second drink was slightly better, but still not what I ordered. It tasted like it was made with creamer instead of milk and was missing the cinnamon entirely, it just seemed like a regular caramel iced coffee.

At that point, I gave up and left. Very disappointed with the experience.

From what I have read in the reviews this happens quite often and I believe this issued needs to be resolved. There should not be this many reviews having the same issue.

Never go to this Dunkin’. Similar issues to the other reviews. I’ve received better service from McDonald’s and their workers are often much busier. I got an iced coffee, and my first sip is an entire clump of sugar. Again, I feel like it isn’t much to ask to have my coffee’s cream and sugar mixed. Other places seem to get it done…

Edit removed stars: came here for a matcha latte ( ultimate regret) and again didn’t get my drink mixed which is funny bc there was about 1/16 tsp of matcha in my iced milk to begin with so didn’t think it would be that much work 🤷‍♀️
