When their ice machine is down they don’t get ice and just hand you half full cups without ice. Someone use your brains and go buy ice from the store. You serve iced items and tell your customers when they order.

They watched me stand outside for a couple minutes before coming over and rudely telling me that the walk up window was closed and its drive thru only and I needed a car to order. I don't understand why they couldn't serve me at the walk up counter but could serve me if I drove up in a car.

Just dont go here. I ordered a large with no ice because I don't like hot coffee and I don't like iced coffee. Just so everyone is aware when you buy a large, you are really not getting a large, your getting about a small drink with no ice for the price of a large. HALF MY CUP WAS EMPTY! it is insane they thought this was acceptable...if this is a dunkin wide thing, you're better off going to starbucks.
Update: I called corporate about it to figure what was going on and why I was ordering a large and getting half of the large and half ice. I was informed this is 100% a franchise thing. So I don't fault dunkin as a whole, just this particular franchise.

This place is only accessible from the southbound direction of 89. This place has no indoor Services of any kind. Only a walk-up window and a very crowded drive-thru. Hardly any parking.

I feel like a year ago this location was fine. But every time we’ve been to this one in the past few months the order is wrong and the staff and downright rude about it. Look, food service is a hard job, but if you don’t give a customer an item they paid for, what’s with the attitude? Stick to the Milton location, the staff there are amazing and they’ve never screwed up my order.
Parking: Small lot with the long drive thru line impeding traffic.

The Good: I truly enjoy their coffee drinks. Their iced coffee is the best iced coffee I have found from a fast food restaurant. Their drinks are consistently good and my drink orders have always been accurate. If you don't eat pork, the taste of their turkey sausage is quite good! Most of their employees are friendly and polite. The Meh: Their food is very much hit or miss. The donuts and bagels are often varying degrees of stale. Some times they are "good enough". Some times they are practically inedible. I used to order the bagel minis, but stopped after I started getting some that were still cold in the middle. I think that most of their baked goods arrive frozen and are reheated on site. I usually have luck with their breakfast sandwiches, but I think the reason for this is that its more difficult to tell if a bagel is stale or not once it has been toasted, put next to cheese and egg, and wrapped up. The Bad: I have had my food orders messed up on several occasions. The most common mistake is that they forget the cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Some times I ask for no bacon, and end up getting bacon. On at least two occasions, they have run out of something (I order through the app), and rather than telling me when I go to the drive up menu and say I have a mobile order, they just don't give me said item at the window. Fortunately, both times I noticed and asked about it and then they offered to substitute it for something else.

Sigh. I shouldn’t expect much from Dunkin’, but their customers deserve a little respect in the least. Asked for their Coffee Cake Muffin, was told they don’t carry this yet it’s on their menu and app? Then, on National Coffee Day (9/29/24) with the app and signs to advertise a free medium coffee with a purchase, was told that I had to order it at the speaker, prior, and that they couldn’t give me the advertised free coffee at the window since I’m not the only one in line. Thanks to the crew working this morning for their big Karen energy- or whatever her name was. Save your time and money, go get a local coffee!

The walk up window has never been once been opened when I have gone to this location although there is no place posted on the window or the app that shows the walk up window is closed. It is not the easier parking lot to navigate and staff is rude. They came out of the employee door to tell me that their window closed at 5 (again not posted anywhere). So it is a few steps to walk up to the drive through rather than try to get to the car and drive all the way around. Nope won’t service me there either. I get it would be a safety hazard if it was dark or there was a line of cars. But neither of those were true. And it is my decision to put myself at risk. If they just put a sign up stating that any person not going through the drive through assumes person risk of liability it would make them not be such jerks? Maybe there wasn’t a line in the drive thru for a reason. I won’t go back even though this location is so close to home!
Parking: Very tight parameters to navigate with the amount of traffic into other business next door
