Small drive through location. Walk up is also just a window. We had quick, friendly and excellent service. Our glazed donuts and coffee were delicious too!

I ordered a medium coffee and only had a 100$ bill I was given my change and as I was trying to count it the server kinda waved me away but as I counted I realized he forgot to give me a 10$ bill I was supposed to receive 97$ back but only got 87$ I have social anxiety so i decided to leave it alone but now I’m out ten dollars :/

There should be a sign on your walk up window saying that employees won’t come up to it no matter what. I was standing there a good while and knocking and making eye contact with employees and no one comes up. This has happened multiple times. You should have a number to call to cancel orders if you’re going to ignore people.

It's a Dunkin, just like the rest. Just meh but it'll do in a pinch.Should have rated it one star since they apparently stopped making the dunkachino. Bring back the dunkachino!

Twice well going here, I have recieved the wrong order. It sucks when you hit the drive thru and you are headed to work and find out they gave you a hot chocolate rather than a coffee. I usually like Dunkin but they keep ripping me off.
Do not stop here if you are trying to make it on time anywhere. Saturday morning was horrible, only two cars in front of us, and it tool literally 20 mins for their order. When it was our turn they said 5 more mins. Bad time management and scheduling.

Food and everything is fine here. It’s a tiny location and that can be inconvenient, but whatever. However, that last time I went here the employee started shaking the tip jar, and made a point to tell me they had this awesome tip jar if I wanted to put some money in.They have the balls to charge almost $4 for a cup of coffee, the employees make $16/hour because it’s Flagstaff, and he wants a tip for handing me a cup of coffee out a window? That’s the last time I’ll go here to be harassed for more money.Here’s a tip everyone- McDonald’s coffee is $1.43.

Their donuts are so fresh. They make their apple fritters different than most places. It's not fried until it's almost black. This one was a nice soft doughnut with an apple filling in the middle. It was exceptional. I hardly ever eat doughnuts but these were very good. The ice tea and coffee were great also.
