Lobby was clean. Bathroom was a disaster that clealey haddnt been attended in at least two weeks. Three empty toilet paper rolls one just on top of the dispenser because staff was two lazy to spend 10 seconds opening the container to take out the old ones. Toilet paper all over the floor. they were out of blueberry breeze base. And at least one staff member was out of uniform with her hair down. Having her hair down is a food handlers violation. As someone who worked at Dunkin for 3 years corporate would be horrified at this store. I was getting second hand embarrassment.

Based off the bathroom I would be shocked if they ever deep clean the blender. They probably are just washing the cup itself. Personally I’d stay clear of the frozen drinks

The one guy that works there is always super kind. All the girls on the other hand are catty, immature, unprofessional and rude. Will barely acknowledge you at all but will blab with each other. They act like you’re really putting them out by even being there. Literally the other customers are way more polite. Also cussing loudly and talking smack about how annoying some customers are which I get but don’t do it loudly in front of other customers. They need to find another job if they hate people so much.

They like to run the buy three get two special here. Verify your order before even stepping away from the counter! I went over to the napkins when I noticed a sandwich was forgotten and boy was that a mistake.

When their ice machine is down they don’t get ice and just hand you half full cups without ice. Someone use your brains and go buy ice from the store. You serve iced items and tell your customers when they order.

We ordered two iced carmel coffees. They hand us a 2/3 full cup with no ice. The ice machine is down.
Oh so try going to the store and buying some or mentioning it to someone who is buying an iced coffee. Really all she could say was Chick Filet has ice.
Would not refund either.

My go-to for a cold drink. They are quick to make online orders and I have yet to have to have anything remade in the 2 1/2 years I’ve visited this location. All the employees are friendly, professional, and eager to help when I have had questions about menu items.

It's not every day you get a chance to wait 15 minutes for 2 coffee & a hot chocolate. It's not like the store front isn't 3/4 covered with glass. Maybe the white car was not specific enough of a description. I counted 20 customers that came & went before finally walking in. 3 customers in store with 2 people behind the counter. Maybe this is the NEW customer service to be expected. Wasn't acknowledge, I had to reach across the counter & check the drinks sitting next to the cashier. I grabbed my drinks only to be scoffed at for so obviously contaminating the environment. I thought this mentality was only in the big cities, I guess it's finally made it's way here.

The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. Save your money and go support a local business.

Every time I do a pick up order, they never call it out and are extremely rude when I ask if my order is ready. The employees there are typically college students with no coaching on customer experience.
