The service was excellent and the coffee came out was strong and there's so many options. I love that there so many sugar free options as well. Everyone is friendly and the staff seem to enjoy themselves which makes the whole experience so much better.

Does Dutch bros not add any kind of sweetener anymore? Doesn’t matter what location I go to the coffee lately has been bitter and disgusting. Never used to be that way. Taste your drinks before you leave!

We love this location but the staff that run the weekends at night suck at there job and people have to wait 45 min when theres only 7 cars in the line, which sadly we went too sonic instead.

Took my family here and we ordered blended ice (weird, I know, don't judge) along with other drinks. The person ordering was OK with it. The lady at the window was fine with it. But the lady behind her did not hide her judgment.she wore a look of disgust as she made sure we heard us right, then glared at us as she told us they're not allowed to do that. Apparently ice breaks their blender. Which, if that's true, how do you make your blended drinks then? I guess that's why our other blended drinks here iced instead. I realu didn't appreciate her attitude nor service with us tonight, I'm highly disappointed

As always a wonderful trip to Dutch! I live in a small town and don't get to go here often enough as it's around 70 miles to the closest Dutch Bros, but SO worth the trip! And Our Buddy even got his first pup cup! They even put a doggy bone on top@

Great place to recharge with energy and good vibes! The baristas are always smiling, make drinks fast, and even while waiting in line you feel the positive atmosphere. The coffee is rich and flavorful — I especially loved the Caramelizer and Golden Eagle, just wow! Convenient location, clean area, and always great music. Definitely a place I want to come back to again and again ☕💙

I NOTICED THAT THE EMPLOYEES WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT DO PHONE ORDERS THAN THE ONES ORDERING AT THE COUNTER. IT TOOK 24 MINUTES GET GET A GOLDEN EAGLE, AND A CARMELIZER.
This was our first and last visit to Dutch Bros Coffee. I placed my order at the walk-up window, thinking it would be quicker than the drive-through. However, after eight to ten orders placed after mine had already been filled—and nearly 30 minutes later—the young lady who had taken my order noticed me sitting on the bench, apologized, and explained there had been a mix-up. I finally received my drink at that point.
When I returned to the car and tasted the Golden Eagle, which was supposed to be one of their most popular drinks based on the reviews I had read, I was very disappointed. It lacked sweetness until the last quarter of the cup, where all the sugar or syrup had settled.
On the other hand, my wife said her hot cocoa was delicious.

The employees are so awesome here! This one really stood out to me, he ended up taking his break and told me he was hungry. I spared half of my burrito because Dutch is always giving to us! He even let me take a picture with him!

While traveling through Arizona with my family this week, we kept spotting Dutch Bros. Coffee locations. We don't have these out east. Curious, we decided to stop at a Flagstaff location and try it out for the first time. At the drive-thru, a friendly employee came out to take our order. Since we weren’t familiar with the menu, I asked her to surprise us with something she personally recommended. I told her it was our first visit and didn’t want to hold up the line while I stumbled through the menu. She confidently suggested a drink she liked and assured us we'd enjoy it. When we pulled up to the window, another team member asked me to confirm the order. I explained what just happened and that I didn't know what we ordered. She laughed and said, “That’s exactly what she always gets for herself. Makes sense!” When the drink was ready, she handed it over with a smile and said, “Have a great day!”
Thi great customer service! They made us feel welcome.
If the manager is reading this, you have a great team. And can you let me know what drink we ordered on Aug 4, 2025? I'm ordering again!

Our first visit to this NAU area Dutch Bros location. Requested a sugar-free ‘Cocomo,’ double-blended, and got a perfect drink! (We’re unable to order a ‘Cocomo’ in the Las Vegas area, for some unknown reason). Our other drinks were perfect and came out quickly in spite of a long line.
The customer ahead of us in the drive through lane appeared to be having have a visit with the barista after the drinks were served, but overall this wasn’t a negative.
