They are finally gett a couple drinks that are safe for me and I love it. If you are allergic to sulphur the white zombie, the cinnamon swirl and strawberry rebel are all safe .

I just went to this location today and paid with 2 gift cards, 1 with hardly any money left and a brand new $25 gift card. the woman at the window told us the new gift card only had $1 left on it and threw the card away. i went up to the window after receiving my order and asked for it back, but she refused and became incredibly aggressive insisting there was nothing left on the card. i have never used this gift card, i KNOW it was full. she gave me a credit on my account for a free drink, but this behavior was unacceptable. i would much rather have my $20 back rather than a single free drink just to shut me up. as a former food service employee, i would never refuse a customer their property, regardless of the situation.

For a place that always ASKS for tips, the customer service was awful. Lady with purple shirt on 1/26 on the night shift had a nasty attitude
The girl who took my order was super nice, but she switched with another girl who was very short and inpatient while taking orders. One girl was clearly very shy and had trouble ordering, but the cashier didn't make it any easier on her. I know they're busy and stressed, but come on
I’m coming from NYC so I have never tried this chain. Long lines attracted me to look up and ultimately try.
The staff were sooo friendly and I have to be honest- the coffee (golden eagle hot) was amazing. Sad I only got to have this once during my stay.

I am usually a Dutch Bros fan. I am always excited when I can go to one. However, Dutch disappointed today. Not once but twice! I went there around 2 and again at 4pm. The first time I waited for 15 minutes for one drink. The second time I was told that they ran out of green tea after waiting for 24 minutes. I waited for 38 minutes in total. The guy taking order wasn’t as friendly as usual. I am dissatisfied and saddened for the way the employees handled this. Will I come back? Not any time soon. I would like a refund!
