Our first visit to this NAU area Dutch Bros location. Requested a sugar-free ‘Cocomo,’ double-blended, and got a perfect drink! (We’re unable to order a ‘Cocomo’ in the Las Vegas area, for some unknown reason). Our other drinks were perfect and came out quickly in spite of a long line.
The customer ahead of us in the drive through lane appeared to be having have a visit with the barista after the drinks were served, but overall this wasn’t a negative.

What a lovely experience we had coming here. We were on a roadtrip from Florida and never had Dutch Bros before. The staff was so helpful to us a first timers. They were so pleasant, welcoming, and went out of their way to give us a great first experience at Dutch Bros!

Charged up $30 on my account because I thought it would be easier. Tired of paying $7 for a cup full of ice. If you ask for less ice, they charge you more. Better off buying your energy drinks from Walmart.

The most employees (6) I have ever seen here and this line is not moving. This place had 2 employees at one point and got everyone out in timely manner with star service. The broista that took my order had zero customer service. When I got to the window, my order was cleared and had to be remade. My total wait time this trip was 41 mins.

The one thing I look forward to is heading to Dutch between classes. Nowhere else I’d rather get my caffeine kick. Everyone is always super friendly and the drinks are phenomenal every time. Don’t have a single bad thing to say.
The best coffee shop in town! The staff is always friendly and the coffee is always consistent and delicious! The prices are great and the loyalty points pay off quickly. I only go to Dutch now, I used to be a loyal Starbucks customer but I can’t imagine going back. Definitely the best!
