Great smoothies and avo toast. We come here every time we are in Flag. The coffee is very good.
Delicious smoothies. Great road trip stop for a quick and healthy bite. I am still trying to figure out how to recreate the berry yogurt smoothie with lavender syrup.
literally opened the lid and laughed bcs why would u give me this tiny piece of chicken in this salad.. like the photo on the website is nooott accurate. Skimpin on the chicken guys
The breakfast croissant sandwich and chai waffles are absolutely delicious! The Sunrise Rim Coffee was the perfect pairing.
Their coffee is great quality! Not many coffee shops have a spicy chai, and Eat n Run had a great spicy chai with a variety of add ins and options to choose from. It has a great atmosphere inside, but I would imagine if it was busy it may be a little difficult to find a seat. My sandwich was soft and fluffy with crisp lettuce and crispier bacon. The breakfast burritos are also crispy and flavorful.
10/10 would recommend!! The sandwiches were so good. The hatch and hash burrito was AMAZING!!! Serving sizes were perfect for a quick lunch. The atmosphere was welcoming and service was quick!
Usually always stop to eat here, it's amazing food and the drinks are on point. I definitely recommend this place.
Great selection of sandwiches and smoothies, highly recommend for value and fresh ingredients. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Adorable little breakfast place. Clean, bright, and nice. They have a fun visitor pin map, perfect for Flagstaff. The food was hot, quick and excellent. Price was right for the quality. Will be back next time we are in town.

The food is fantastic and the staff is great! I left my purse and was called by the manager before I even knew it was missing. They kept it safe until I was able to come pick it up, they even offered to deliver it to me. I just picked it up and all my cash and everything was still in my purse. Best place in Flagstaff for Breakfast and lunch! The gluten free options are fantastic!
Dietary restrictions: Great location for healthy gluten free options that taste good!

Edited to 5-stars - My partner and I have eaten here a bunch over the past couple years and have always had awesome experiences - the food is amazing, especially the Tuscan and Italian sandwiches. We had a rough one today, which was the origin of this review, and the owner reached out almost immediately (responding to this post as well as reaching out via phone). I thought to delete the post entirely since our experience was obviously a fluke and not a reflection of Eat & Run, but the incredible customer service, highlighted in the owner's response to this post, deserves to be seen. Go eat here!!

One of the best waffles I’ve maybe ever had. My husband got the Breakfast burrito and now I’m torn between what to get next time! Food was ready fast too!

Fantastic! The variety of food is good, from breakfast items serve all day. Good wraps and sandwiches. The soup of the day was amazing as well. We were pleasantly surprised. It’s healthy with flavor, lots of vegan options as well as non vegan. We also had a gluten free chocolate muffin…good! Had a Chai Latte, Mocha and Pumpkin spice and they were good, not out of the world, but better than any other coffee shop in Flagstaff/Sedona
Dietary restrictions: There are Vegan and Gluten free options.

What kind of establishment calls themselves eat and run, yet isn't open til 730? Why the heck isn't there a breakfast place other than Mc Donald's open at 5am?
