Their food used to be great and I used to recommend them.. not anymore especially after today.. watery spaghetti cut into little pieces, burnt garlic knots and a very flat pizza (like Peter piper pizza but flatter) and no extra cheese.. terrible ..

I let them know that my Fettuccine Alfredo tasted watered down and my garlic knots was burnt and they didn’t say anything. The food and the service wasn’t good. They need better customer service. They really didn’t look like they wanted to be there.

My boss is from NY, worked in a pizza shop since he was 12. Long story short this dude is very particular about his pizza. Since he moved to Arizona he said this place is the closes he’s had to compare to an authentic NY style pizza. Hands down best pizza I even had.

We received delivery through doordash. Ordered 2 pizzas, both with multiple/different toppings... which cost us extra... just to wait and receive 2 plain and cold cheese pizzas that we ended up putting in the oven ourselves. Literally zero toppings that we paid for.

I’ve eaten here often when in the mall. But when I called to ask if I could make an order over the phone to be picked up and the phone was answered, “I’m sorry we’re busy, you’ll have to call back” and hung up on, I decided I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t care how busy you are that is unacceptable. If they do not care about my business, or even talking to me, I do not care to ever eat here again.
