I’ve eaten here often when in the mall. But when I called to ask if I could make an order over the phone to be picked up and the phone was answered, “I’m sorry we’re busy, you’ll have to call back” and hung up on, I decided I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t care how busy you are that is unacceptable. If they do not care about my business, or even talking to me, I do not care to ever eat here again.

If you think this isn’t the best pizza Flagstaff has to offer then you don’t know pizza. Always consistent in quality, always friendly staff. I can’t wait to see them expand out of the mall and into their own sit down restaurant.

Was waiting in line for a slice of pizza when a gentleman in front of me told one of your employee to wear gloves and stop touching the pizza with his bare hands. I got back out of line and waited to see if he would put gloves on and never did. I never saw him wash his hands either. VERY unappealing. It is unfortunate because this pizza is pretty tasty.
The Stromboli was excellent. Pizza, as always, was excellent. It's both of my kids favorite pizza joint in Flagstaff!

I went to get a slice of pizza this past Sunday and was greeted by a wonderful young lady. I'm not sure of her name however, she had a lot of tattoos and was such a sweet heart. Seriously the BEST employee this company has. I say this because I usually grab a bite from here 3 days out of the month. Sundays are now my favorite since that's the only time I see her work. Very delicious pizza! Especially the "Antonio" that she recommended. Will be back for future services.
