Evans Fish and Chips

I walked in first thing and ordered my food and since it's made from scratch, I knew may take some time. I ordered the all three savory pie flavors and sticky toffee pudding and they were all wonderful, however, by the end, my family was fighting over the steak and ale pie. Had a nice conversation with the owner and found out it's woman owned, which I am happy to support. Though it is a small place, it had a very familial feel. I highly recommend visiting this awesome little place as you cruise through Flagstaff.

The absolutely best cod I have ever had!! My bf had the trout he said it was so delicious!! Will be coming back when we are in Flagstaff.

This is a small take out place and the food is Fantastic. We had the steak pie and the chicken curry pie and also the cod and trout and all was great.

Oh Evan's what have you done. I am a regular that took a month or two off. I went this last Friday 12/13/24 and got my usual order Cod and Chips. I was so excited for the usual yumminess. Even told some folks that were probably tourists that seemed to be debating not to hesitate that they served "proper fish and chips" How freakn embarrassing. When I got home I see they have completely changed their food. First off my fish was perfectly rectangular! and the chips were not bad but not as good as the old ones. The fish was not fresh tasting and more like some processes nonsense. To the folks outside debating I am profoundly sorry, Evans did me dirty too. I won't be back. Lost a loyal repeat customer. Plus for the second time skimped me on my paid for Dr. P.

When ever I am Flagstaff I always try have a meal here. The fish and chips are very close to how we have them back home in New Zealand. I visited last night and ate on site and as usual the food was excellent. Also last night the two gentleman who were working were awesome great service and very friendly which to me is a sign they enjoy working there THANK YOU !

A great Welsh Fish and Chips spot in Flagstaff!

The restaurant is small, more of a pickup to-go spot. There are 3 stools inside and a handful of tables outside in the alley (mostly covered). The cod and fish combo was a healthy size and easily sharable.

The staff was very friendly and food was all cooked fresh. Fish was crispy and fries were nicely seasoned.

Located in downtown, paid street parking. Open super late on Friday and Saturday.

Drove up from Phoenix for camping and good food. ordered some fish and chips (10/10) and afterwards they helped my friends and I out with where to camp. great people , great place, will be back soon!

Excellent food, made to order and very pleasant service. Only minor drawback is the shop is very small so you eat on the hoof or in your car. Deservedly popular and firmly recommended.
