I ordered curry and received a large bowl of that, along with a small bowl of rice. While I liked eating the curry, I didn't appreciate the $3 upcharge for extra rice. As it turned out, there wasn't enough rice to absorb the curry, so a lot got wasted. The value of a dollar means a lot to me these days; I won't be back. Ewas is not good value imo.

Nestled amongst the eclectic enticing streets of downtown Flagstaff lies this culinary delight of a restaurant! By far the best Thai I've eaten in years. Lovingly crafted dishes filled with fresh ingredients that both feed the body and soul in every bite. I couldn't help but be captivated by the welcoming chill atmosphere and warm smiles of the staff ensuring an unforgettable dining experience! Thank you!

Ewa’s Thai Cuisine is a solid choice if you’re looking for well-prepared Thai food in downtown Flagstaff. The fried rice, noodle dishes, and stir-fried entrees are especially impressive—nicely presented, thoughtfully cooked, and clearly made fresh rather than pre-packaged or reheated food.

Portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get good value for the price. The flavors are vibrant and well-balanced, with that fresh, homemade quality that’s sometimes hard to find. Everything we tried tasted rich and satisfying without being overly greasy.

The only downside was the beef, which was noticeably tough and a bit hard to chew. It didn’t ruin the meal, but it did stand out compared to how well the other dishes were prepared.

Overall, Ewa’s Thai Cuisine offers delicious, fresh Thai food with refined execution and hearty portions. With a small improvement in meat tenderness, it would easily be a five-star experience. Definitely worth trying.

Best Thai food I have ever had in my life till today. We ordered everything vegetarian food as Papaya Salad,Tom Yum Soup,Red Curry,Drunken Noodle,Veg Fried Rice,Yellow Curry.
Every single item was better than the other one.
Restaurant was very busy but somehow we got lucky and they gave us table for 6. The service was really good, Our server Homer tried his best to give us the fastest service along with his helper server. We are only here for 3 days visiting Grand Canyon but we are definitely going back one more time.
Thanks for the Great Service.

We loved our meal here— everything was spiced wonderfully, and the ingredients were really fresh. They were so busy, and even so the food arrived in short order, and staff was working hard/very friendly. A must stop in Flagstaff.

We decided to give Ewas after dining with other Thai restaurants around the area and this was the best we’ve had so far. Some highlights were a quick and knowledgeable hostess, a wide range of options and flavors that didn’t disappoint. Absolutely wonderful experience with the green curry and drunken noodles 🤤

They always forget something about the take out order. I ordered twice from here, the first time they forgot the rice and the second time one of my dish was missing and it’s such a waste of time having to drive back to get it. Be more careful please

This is the best Thai food I have had in years!! We started with the coconut shrimp which was crispy and perfectly coconuty. We then both got the pad Thai with chicken and holy heck it was amazing!! The sauce was total perfection. My only complaint is that I live in Phoenix so it'll be a while before I can come back!

I ordered the Pad Thai and while it wasn't terrible, it wasn't good either. The flavor fell flat and as a result just wasn't very enjoyable.

It has been mentioned multiple times, the FOH staff need some help. They’re college kids, so it’s understandable that they’re green. We visited on Halloween and it was great to see them all dressed up and having fun, though.

The food was spot on. We had papaya salad, pad thai, and pad see ew. All incredibly tasty. It was weird to see pad kra pao, a Thai staple, missing from the menu. Nonetheless, we will definitely visit again.

We really wish there had been some Thai speaking employees, or possibly even met Ewa, but we will try again soon!

Food is good, the service is good, but the food took 50 minutes until it got ready
